Why, if what you’re saying is true, do you need to remain anonymous?

People who anonymously slander others will really go to hell. Is it that difficult to tell the truth?
The boss is clearly very good to everyone. Even when I first joined the company and there were many things I didn’t know how to do, everyone patiently waited and taught me.
Regardless of whether the boss is involved with organized crime, at least they have never shortchanged anyone’s pay. I personally witnessed a truly idiotic engineer who should have been fired long ago, but the boss still gave him chance after chance and kept him for another six months. We all thought he should have been fired long ago!
Everyone knows who got hired by bluffing their way through the interview despite lacking the ability. When it was eventually discovered that they were nowhere near as capable as they had seemed in the interview, why couldn’t the boss fire them?
Are people nowadays really this fragile? Instead of anonymously slandering this company, why not work hard and improve yourselves?
These anonymous people are the ones who are really involved with organized crime!
Only people with too much free time and personality problems need to anonymously spout nonsense after being fired.
I’m not anonymous because everything I’ve said is true!!!!!!
To be fair, the previous supervisors really lacked both accountability and ability......
But after going through a complete changeover, the current ones are genuinely much stronger!
