1. Relatively free, with flexible working hours
2. Salaries for most positions are generally somewhat higher than elsewhere
1. Ideals are very full, but reality is very harsh; they make grand promises during interviews
2. Once you are willing to endure hardship, you will have endless hardship to endure; once you start eating empty promises, prepare to have an endless supply of them
3. Promotions are never for you, but you are always there to be scolded. Never think that your hard work will be noticed—you will only be picked on
4. Some people bully the weak and fear the strong. Although companies elsewhere may have similar problems, it is especially obvious here
5. Meetings after work every week are routine. You must not ask for overtime pay; otherwise, you are considered not to understand the rules of society and the workplace
6. Meetings never reach a conclusion. Whenever performance is poor, they hold meetings, yet the same problems are never improved
7. Constantly changing directives from above: you have to do whatever you are ordered to do. Plans can never keep up with changes, and even things completed with tremendous effort may be abandoned at any time
8. They do not respect expertise, put the right people in the wrong positions, and then drive out capable employees. The survival of the unfit and elimination of the competent is commonplace
9. They do not distinguish between public and private matters, treating employees and subordinates as private secretaries to handle personal affairs
10. There is no respect for the spirit of contracts; things mentioned in the contract are not necessarily carried out
Conclusion: Stay one more day if you can, but if you cannot stay any longer, do not force yourself. After all, what you receive here is mental compensation, not a salary.
