Cons

1. Working hours: Normally 8:30–17:30, but I rarely left work on time. Basically, overtime was required every day. Urgent orders often came in before or at the end of the workday, and we were forced to stay and work overtime. We still had to take orders during overtime, and there was no way of knowing what time we could leave each day! If you are lonely at night and do not want to go home, this job is a great fit.

2. Salary: Divided into base salary + perfect-attendance bonus + allowances. The base salary is the minimum wage, and the perfect-attendance bonus is 2,000. Sick leave and menstrual leave are still deducted from both the full salary and the perfect-attendance bonus. The boss places great importance on attendance, so if you happen to get sick for just one day in a month, more than 2,000 will be deducted.

3. Company policies: Each week, employees take turns being responsible for cleaning the office. If it is not cleaned thoroughly, complaints will follow. Making one mistake results in a 500 deduction. ^^

4. Benefits: 200 is deducted from our salary every month as a welfare fund, but the benefits are paid for with our own salaries?? The year-end banquet bonuses, group meals, trips, and Mid-Autumn Festival gift boxes are all paid for using this welfare fund. You only find out about these things after working there for a while; they are never mentioned in the interview. The bonuses for the three major holidays are generally around 200–600. The year-end bonus is no more than one month’s salary and is calculated based on the base salary. There is an employee meal about once every six months or once a year, and you do not have to pay for it.

5. Work atmosphere: People blame one another and argue every day, and they only dump the tasks they do not want to do on new employees. At the same time, they demand high speed and zero mistakes; making a mistake results in a 500 deduction! Colleagues yell and shout during work hours, creating an extremely oppressive atmosphere.

Overtime pay

Cons

Regular overtime Just as you're getting ready to clock out, a sudden rush order makes everyone continue working overtime

Senior employees can slack off at work

All the work is dumped on newcomers

Male senior colleagues teach newcomers carelessly

When something goes wrong, the blame is put on newcomers

The managers above don't care either

Women who take menstrual leave are given a hard time

Senior male colleagues can take leave simply because they're in a bad mood and don't feel like coming to work, without being given a hard time

The year-end bonus is less than one month's salary

I previously saw the payslip of an employee who had worked there for 10 years and resigned, left in a drawer

The basic salary was actually only 45K (I showed it to a senior colleague, who said it had accidentally been left behind by a former senior colleague.)

Every day is spent handling rush orders that clients request today and want tomorrow

The information provided by clients is incomplete

If a mistake is made, the cost is deducted from your pay

The starting salary is just the minimum basic wage at the time

You have to work hard to prove yourself and curry favor with management to have a chance of getting just 500 added to your basic salary

The female manager above also covers for a senior male colleague who harasses female coworkers everywhere

A disgusting workplace

Very unfriendly toward women

There is often a shortage of staff, so when someone takes leave, you have to take on their workload as well! They originally said they would hire more people, but new employees still haven't arrived. Your finishing time isn't fixed every day. Even if you've finished the work at hand, you still have to ask your supervisor whether there's anything else you can help with. Basically, everyone leaves together—there's no such thing as leaving early just because you've finished your work! Clients also love giving you something today and expecting it by tomorrow! Although the overtime system pays, you often work until very late, and you never know what the earliest time you can leave will be each day. Here, you're expected to work quickly while also being precise, with no room for mistakes. If you rush and make a mistake, the deduction still comes out of your pay! No wonder you often see this company recruiting on job sites... So many new employees can't stand it and leave right away, yet the company still complains that it's hard to find good people. It would be more practical to review the company's hiring and staffing issues first!

Pros

Overtime pay is provided.

Cons

The interview begins with filling out your personal information. After you finish, the supervisor interviews you and asks a few questions. During the interview, the supervisor said that for the first few days after joining, the company “would not immediately enroll new employees in labor and health insurance,” because they were worried that new employees might leave again and would be unstable (?). From this statement alone, you can tell that the company does not intend to follow the procedures required by the Labor Standards Act and instead exploits loopholes. After joining, you often face the problem of “insufficient staff + working excessive overtime every day” (although overtime pay is provided, the claim during the interview that the boss dislikes overtime is also a lie). There is not a single day when you can leave on time without working overtime; you have to work several extra hours before you can go home. This is especially the case when a long holiday is approaching and the workload is heavy: not only do you have to work very late, but you also have to come in on holidays to finish the work.

The above is an experience shared by someone who has been through it. If you are considering joining, please be mentally prepared……
