1. Working hours: Normally 8:30–17:30, but rarely do you ever leave on time. Basically, you need to cooperate with overtime every day. It is common to receive urgent orders before or after working hours and be forced to stay for overtime. You will still continue taking orders during overtime, and you never know what time you will be able to leave each day! If you are lonely at night and do not want to go home, this is very suitable.
2. Salary: Divided into base salary + perfect-attendance bonus + allowances. The base salary is the minimum wage, and the perfect-attendance bonus is 2,000. Sick leave and menstrual leave are still deducted from both your full salary and perfect-attendance bonus. The boss places great importance on attendance, so if you accidentally get sick for one day in a month, more than 2,000 will be deducted.
3. Company policies: Each week, employees must take turns being responsible for cleaning the company. You will be complained about if it is not cleaned thoroughly. Making one mistake results in a 500 deduction.^^
4. Benefits: 200 is deducted from your salary every month as a welfare fund, but the benefits are paid for with our own salaries?? Then, the year-end banquet bonuses, dinners, trips, and Mid-Autumn Festival gift boxes are all paid for using the welfare fund deductions. You only find out about these things after working there for a while; they are not mentioned at all during the interview. The bonuses for the three major holidays are generally around 200–600, and the year-end bonus is no more than one month’s salary, calculated based on the base salary. There is an employee dinner about once every six months or once a year, and you do not need to pay for it.
5. Work atmosphere: Everyone blames one another and argues every day, and they only dump the tasks they do not want to do on new employees. At the same time, they demand a high work speed and zero mistakes; making a mistake results in a 500 deduction! Colleagues yell and shout during working hours, creating an extremely oppressive atmosphere.
