Pros

From the moment I joined Blue Eye Technology, I knew my career was about to undergo a revolution. Working here, every day is filled with innovation and challenges, and I am right in the midst of this wave driving the future.

First, the environment I work in encourages continuous learning and growth. The rapid evolution of technology means I am frequently exposed to the latest technologies and ideas, which not only enriches my professional knowledge but also inspires my imagination about future possibilities. Whenever I master a new technology or complete a complex project, I feel deeply proud.

Here, I have also learned the true meaning of teamwork. I am surrounded by exceptionally intelligent and talented colleagues; we learn from one another and solve problems together. This collaborative experience has not only improved my communication and coordination skills, but has also shown me that, in a diverse team, everyone’s unique perspective is key to solving complex problems.

Of course, compensation and benefits are also important reasons I chose Blue Eye Technology. The company offers not only a competitive salary, but also benefits such as stock options, health insurance, and flexible work arrangements, all of which have greatly improved my quality of life and job satisfaction.

What I value most, perhaps, is the corporate culture here. Blue Eye Technology’s culture of openness, inclusivity, and innovation makes me feel that I am not merely an employee, but also part of the company and of society’s progress. Whenever I see how our technology impacts the world, I feel deeply that my work has extraordinary meaning.

Blue Eye Technology has given me more than just a job; it has provided a platform for realizing my self-worth, continuing to grow, and contributing to society. Every day here, I am creating a story of my own.

Cons

Working at Blue Eye Technology is full of opportunities and excitement, but it is not without its challenges. These challenges also motivate me to keep growing and improving.

First, the fast-paced work environment requires me to constantly adapt and learn. Technology changes rapidly, which means I must continually update my knowledge base and skill set. Although this can sometimes feel stressful, it is also the driving force that keeps me moving forward and pushing beyond my limits.

Second, the high expectations for innovation push me to continually surpass myself. In an environment that encourages innovation, I often need to step outside my comfort zone and explore unfamiliar fields. Although this constant exploration and challenge can sometimes be intimidating, it is also a valuable opportunity for growth and learning.

Furthermore, working alongside a group of exceptionally intelligent and talented colleagues can sometimes make me feel pressured. Yet this positive competitive environment also motivates me to keep improving and strive for excellence. It has made me realize that continuous self-improvement and learning are essential steps on the path to reaching the pinnacle of one’s profession.

Finally, the responsibility that comes with working at a company on the technological frontier can sometimes feel immense. Every decision and innovation may affect the company’s future and the direction of the industry. This sense of responsibility drives me to be more careful and focused, and has taught me to remain calm and efficient under pressure.

In short, although these challenges can sometimes seem daunting, they are also indispensable forces driving my growth and progress at Blue Eye Technology. They have made me more resilient and shaped me into a better professional.

If you want to hire someone with experience, please don’t invite people to an interview after they have submitted their résumé in the first place. Calling someone in for an interview, then ending it in less than half an hour after asking questions and saying they have no relevant experience, is extremely disrespectful. Moreover, the work experience and job requirements were clearly stated on 104, and there was even a text interview at the beginning. It really makes job seekers feel that their time and money don’t matter at all!

Pros

HR saw my résumé and proactively arranged an interview.

Cons

Neither of the two managers specializes in this field.

By the end of the conversation, it felt like they only wanted to hire recent graduates.

Taiwanese companies really do have a “high wall” mentality.

Expertise is useless; occupying a position is what really matters.

Pros

A well-known company; colleagues are fairly smart, easy to get along with, and willing to provide work-related assistance.

Cons

If the position involves Ethernet communication algorithms (ADCT/MSSD/SD1), it is recommended that you think twice.

The turnover is high. Almost everyone leaves within three years, after which a new batch of people is brought in. The manager surnamed Wu often pushes responsibilities that should be his onto his subordinates. If criticism comes from above, he also says that the mistakes were made by those below him.

If someone performs well or uses an approach different from the usual one, he will say that it was a “breakthrough” he achieved together with you, or simply take all the credit.

He has his own set of attendance, absence, overtime, and leave-application rules, which differ from those established by the company. Even if something complies with company policy but does not comply with his own rules, you will be called into a small meeting room.

He assigns work one minute before the end of the workday, then expects to see it at the meeting first thing the next morning. One colleague once stayed at the company all night without sleeping because of this.

For an equipment assistant engineer, the salary is good.

【Urgently hiring 150 people for plant expansion】 Equipment Assistant Engineer (four-shift, two-rotation system / no experience required)

This position has been open for so long, hasn’t it? Nothing has changed.

The only time I felt happy was during the interview! After I joined, there wasn’t a single day when I was happy!

Cons

1. The benefits available at the Zhonghe site are not available at the Taoyuan plant.

2. The office supporting departments do not receive overtime pay and cannot take compensatory leave. Before I joined MSI, the manager who interviewed me explicitly said: “We don’t pay overtime; it’s a duty-based system.”

3. Working overtime every day would be bad enough, but sometimes we even have to work until midnight, and the work is simply impossible to finish. When we tell our manager that it really cannot be completed, the manager completely ignores what we say! The manager says: “The company spends so much money hiring you, and this is all you can produce!” The manager also says: “Even after you leave, I will never change my management style. This is just how I am: survival of the fittest, and the unsuitable are eliminated!”

4. I heard from senior colleagues that a manager here once forwarded the LINE messages exchanged between the manager and a subordinate to a senior manager! It’s incredibly dark~~~ People here are all very good at stabbing others in the back. Think twice before joining!

5. The food in the employee cafeteria is really terrible. In the end, many people order delivery or go eat at 7-Eleven!

6. Apart from giving you a desk and a laptop, the office provides very little else, and you generally have to bring your own things. Even applying for stationery takes a month and a half!

Pros

1. Most frontline colleagues are relatively young and energetic.

2. One-hour flexibility in starting and finishing work.

3. Close to the MRT station.

4. You can browse the store if you feel tired at work.

5. There are quite a lot of places to eat nearby.

That’s about all...

Cons

1. Although it is affiliated with the Hon Hai Group, it does not provide any of Hon Hai’s benefits. Instead, there are many of Hon Hai’s annoying rules and systems.

2. The top executive comes from a finance and accounting background and is cost-control oriented in everything. Even now, you still have to calculate how much paper you need, take it to the copier, and put it in yourself; once you run out, you have to register to receive more.

3. The workforce is not large, but the organization is unnecessarily layered. Some older managers have the mindset that those in higher positions are automatically more knowledgeable.

4. The manager of the department I worked in always put senior management’s instructions first. You were not allowed to question or ask about them; otherwise, they would say you had a bad attitude and refused to follow instructions.

5. They are very good at comforting themselves by saying that their salary levels are mid-range in the industry, but when hiring, they cut salaries as much as possible.

6. Some middle- and senior-level managers are completely incapable of self-reflection. They simply wait for subordinates to complete the work they should be doing. Once you finish their assignments, they take them upstairs to report to their superiors as if they were their own achievements.

7. The most serious issue, and the one I found most unacceptable, is that the department manager has no professional expertise in the department they oversee. They constantly ask subordinates, “What should we do?” After subordinates offer suggestions, if the manager thinks senior management will reject them, they will do everything possible to humiliate you. They offer no encouragement, only an overwhelming sense of frustration, despite lacking even basic professional competence themselves.

8. The manager of the department I worked in was very good at using their authority to take advantage of every possible benefit, and even used improper methods to evade company regulations.

If you still have a choice in life, don’t enter this place lightly. Frontline staff are worked to death while senior management sits back and waits for results. The whole company is seriously corrupt.

Position: (LTCB) LINE Sales Promotion Manager

1. Location & transportation: At the intersection of Ruiguang Road and Jihu Road. On the first floor, you need to exchange your ID for an access card before you can swipe in and take the elevator to your floor. Taking public transportation is recommended, as parking is very difficult, whether you use a scooter or a car.

2. Process: HR first called to confirm the available interview time and the position being applied for. Afterwards, they sent a formal interview invitation email and asked me to arrive 10 minutes early.

3. Work environment:

- The office is not located on just one floor of the building. The 10th floor is LINE's main reception lobby. In addition to a very large Brown bear, there are also models of LINE characters at the entrance. On the right side after entering the reception lobby is their café, and farther back appears to be a lounge area with sofas for employees. (However, I did not look too carefully because I was busy thinking about the possible interview questions.)

- There are four women's restrooms, each equipped with a smart toilet. They are bright and clean, which is a definite plus for women.

4. Interview process & impressions:

- Interview format: one-on-one conversation & interview in Chinese

- The description of the position on 104 was actually quite ambiguous. After the interviewer explained it, it seemed to focus more on promoting add-on products developed by LINE.

- The interviewer was a woman who spoke extremely quickly and repeatedly emphasized the high-pressure, fast-paced work environment during the interview.

(I personally did not mind this, because I have been working in similar environments throughout my more than ten years in the workforce.)

- At the beginning of the interview, the interviewer seemed not to know that an interview had been scheduled for that day. She was not even very familiar with the name of the HR representative who had arranged my interview. (This made me feel somewhat uncomfortable.)

- Most of the questions the interviewer asked proactively were more conversational in nature, while there were relatively few questions about professional expertise. Instead, I asked more questions in return.

- I am not sure whether it was because it was close to lunchtime or because my answers were not good enough, but the entire process was very quick and lasted less than an hour.

Cons

Because the time arranged by HR was 11:30, and the interviewer seemed to have just been notified at the last minute that there was an interview that day when she came in and explained things, it made me feel somewhat disrespected.

The interviewer is very important, so I can only blame my bad luck in this regard, along with the fact that the interview was close to the midday break. For those considering applying, I suggest thinking carefully about the interview time from the outset.

Foxconn chairman Mr. Gou is very generous. At present, there are few companies that still offer stock.

Cons

Cnsbg iPhone. The supervisor of the Hsinchu plant in the department, Vincent, has very high standards. Everyone is quite capable. Most are graduates of national universities or graduate schools. You can learn quite a lot working with Vincent.

Disadvantages

Disadvantages

Cnsbg iPhone. At the Tucheng Minsheng plant in the department, many long-time employees who have been there for over a decade are clearly incompetent, yet spend all day saying how capable they are. They take what should belong to you, and you may also be bullied. Some long-time employees have seriously distorted values.

Lu Wen-bin basically does not do anything and only pretends to be busy. He is very petty, so be careful and take precautions. Do not offend him under any circumstances; otherwise, he will spend all day trying to make trouble for you.

Liao Chun-hsiung and Tsai Ming-chen. These two people have seriously distorted values and are very sly. Describing them as engaging in intrigue is quite apt. New employees are advised to be careful.

Tsai Yi-hsuan lets senior employees do whatever they want and bully new employees, and even considers this a benefit for senior employees.

I sincerely do not recommend joining this department. I wrote this post only in the hope that no one else will be harmed.

I applied for the technician position, and the questionnaire clearly stated the salaries: 22K for the day shift and 26K for the night shift. Is it affordable for an individual each month (insurance... related expenses paid personally) to be required to rotate between day and night shifts for five months? The relevant job details also mentioned... standing for long periods and working in a yellow-light area.

Cons

To enter through the door for the interview, you need to “tailgate” an official employee...

The office environment is spacious, and the employee cafeteria offers a diverse selection.

There is flexibility around working hours, and leave is flexible too.

All colleagues have a good attitude and are willing to help.

Even people from different departments are friendly and considerate.

Managers are not demanding either, and you can have autonomy in your work.

There is not much overtime (hardware quality control PM).

A very happy company to work for~

Cons

The salary is low. Although there is an annual raise, changing jobs once is still better than waiting 10 years for equivalent increases.

Position interviewed for: Visual Design Manager

After seeing all kinds of cases of companies exploiting applicants’ work shared by people before me, I continued to believe that people are inherently good and thought, “It probably won’t be that unlucky for me, right???” So I went for the interview. The interviewer was the Marketing Manager. Here are a few points for everyone’s reference.

1. The interviewing manager seemed very nice, and the interview lasted three hours. Here is the problem: what kind of manager needs three hours just to explain the duties of the position? During the interview, it became apparent that the Marketing Manager was simply throwing design and management problems he was currently unable to handle at the interviewee, hoping that someone among the applicants could help him deal with them.

2. I was interviewing for a design manager position, but only after the interview did they tell me they wanted me to create a DM to evaluate my abilities and design style. I responded at the time that I thought this kind of assignment might be acceptable for a specialist position, but would it be appropriate to ask someone interviewing for a design manager position to create a DM? They then gave me a DM, so I replied that I would optimize it based on the content of that DM.

3. Next, after the other party provided the logo, product photos, and other materials, I mentioned in my first email that I could type the copy myself, but asked whether they could provide me with any other materials. They provided a contextual image, and nothing else. After I replied with my proposal, I received a response the next day saying that they had realized they had not given me the copy and wanted me to create another design based on their copy. After reading the text, my thought was that the entire piece needed to be redone—the headline, key message, and so on were completely different from the original.

4. Finally, I replied that I felt I had already presented my design concept and ideas in the previous email, so I would not create a second design based on the content provided by their company. That was when the matter fell through.

Taking all of the above into account, along with the many accounts shared by those who came before me, it is clear that this company habitually asks applicants to submit assignments after interviews. Why do you think interviewees should provide your company with free creative work and ideas? Regardless of whether the position is senior or junior, they use the same approach. This kind of exploitation of applicants’ work is truly disgraceful.

For anyone considering interviewing at this company, please think twice.

The boss is very dedicated and will teach you things, sharing what they know with you.

Cons

The boss simply treats you as cheap labor. They seriously teach you things only in the hope of increasing your output, but will not give you a higher salary. When you submit your resignation, their attitude changes completely: they will treat you as an employee to be discarded once used up and will no longer show you any courtesy;

The work environment is extremely oppressive and very poor. The salary is kept as low as possible. Although the company does not make much money, they may simply decide not to pay a year-end bonus without providing any clear reason;

There is no need to go to the interview at all. The company does not actually need to recruit so many employees. The boss treats interviewees as a source of work inspiration and wants to hear some of their ideas.

You’re the best—screw your sister.

Cons

They tell people to come in for an interview, then take one look at your résumé and say, “We don’t hire people like you who have no experience.” And apparently other companies do the same—unless you went to NTU, NTHU, or NYCU.

F*** your mother, your whole family, and your ancestors.

They don’t even look at your résumé before telling you to come for an interview, then humiliate you when you arrive. What the hell?

F*** your mother. Sooner or later, there’ll be a PR crisis.

They turn off half the lights during working hours. Is the company so poor it can’t even pay the electricity bill? Right! Employees’ eyesight is worthless anyway.

It feels like you’re so short-staffed that just about anyone can get hired.

Cons

Is this annoying or what? You keep sending interview notifications. I’ve politely replied to decline every time, but you keep sending them over and over. Just how desperate are you for staff! This has already become harassment. Could you stop repeatedly sending them when I’ve already replied declining? Please take a look.

Also, you’re located in Taichung. Isn’t it a bit much to pressure people from other counties and cities who live extremely far away to come for an interview? You’re basically asking applicants to come in without even looking at their resumes. The HR team is being far too careless—could someone please do something about it?

Can't think of any. Besides, the supervisor has never even treated us to a single drink at the year-end banquet.

Cons

1. Half of the sales role involves telemarketing. You need to achieve many targets within three months; if you don't meet them, you'll be fired.

2. The engineering department manager specializes in websites and is not proficient in other areas. They can only make requests and are unable to provide specific advice or assistance. The pay is average. Although there is no clocking in or out, leaving work at seven or eight o'clock is practically the norm, resulting in a very poor quality of life.

The following are reminders of things to pay attention to during the interview:

1. Remember to first complete Blue Eyes Technology’s standard resume form (be sure to attach a photo), autobiography, photocopies of your highest educational diploma, licenses, certificates, and recommendation letters. If you have any relevant work samples (such as marketing proposals, project plans, planning documents, etc.) or photos (of exhibitions, events, press conferences, presentations, etc.), please bring them with you to the interview as well.

2. If you have confirmed that you will attend an interview session, please let us know via 104’s contact messages so that we can schedule the interviewer’s time.

3. <Important> Download the company’s standard resume form at: https://blueeyes.tw/download/Resume.pdf. Please print it out and fill it in <by hand>, attach a <photo>, and be sure to bring it with you to the interview.

4. <Important> Before the interview, please be sure to browse the company’s website and understand its products and solutions. The interviewer may ask you questions about the products or solutions.

5. <Important> During the oral interview, please propose a 【sales plan】 for the company’s two products, <Cloud Class> and <Advertising Machine>, in the form of a presentation. Please bring your own laptop or tablet. The sales plan should focus on the company’s existing products, with the target customers centered on the established market. Please do not make unfounded assumptions; the presentation must be supported by data, as vague content is unlikely to be accepted.

6. If you need to change the interview time, please request it in this contact message.

7. Although candidates with practical sales experience will be prioritized for this position, if you do not have sales experience, please try to win the job with a solid, persuasive presentation and moving enthusiasm.

The above are the preparations and points to note that this company requires job applicants to make for the interview!

I think the fifth item is extremely outrageous. No wonder this position has been open forever.

They require you to propose a sales plan before you have even started working—and the key point!!!

The target customers should also be centered on the established market. Please do not make unfounded assumptions; the presentation must be supported by data.

It’s just an interview, and you haven’t even been hired yet—who would know the state of the market??

And they still say not to make unfounded assumptions... No wonder this job has been open forever!
