The boss simply treats you as cheap labor. They seriously teach you things only in the hope of increasing your output, but will not give you a higher salary. When you submit your resignation, their attitude changes completely: they will treat you as an employee to be discarded once used up and will no longer show you any courtesy;

The work environment is extremely oppressive and very poor. The salary is kept as low as possible. Although the company does not make much money, they may simply decide not to pay a year-end bonus without providing any clear reason;

There is no need to go to the interview at all. The company does not actually need to recruit so many employees. The boss treats interviewees as a source of work inspiration and wants to hear some of their ideas.
