This company has a great deal of negative feedback in the industry. I sincerely recommend that job seekers carefully evaluate it, compare it with other options, and maintain sound judgment. As a former employee who has left the company, I happened to pass by... Seeing the positive reviews was unbelievable. It was obvious that the recruiters had posted them to inflate the ratings themselves. The work environment is pleasant because the company has relocated, but when looking for a job, you should never focus solely on the external environment. Career development and company culture are even more important. There are significant problems with internal communication at the company. Low organizational efficiency is only the surface issue; the deeper problem is that there are fundamental issues with the company’s core values and management practices themselves. If you value long-term development and a healthy workplace atmosphere, I recommend considering this carefully.
The company’s environment is beautiful, and since the interview happened to be in the afternoon, I was able to see the sunset too!!
After arriving at the company, I noticed from various details that they really value job applicants. They thoughtfully asked whether I needed water and showed a welcome video. This was the first time I had encountered such a considerate company. The HR representative also carefully introduced the company and the job responsibilities. Overall, the interview atmosphere was very relaxed and not at all intimidating. The managers were all very nice, and I could tell that they truly care about each applicant. They also did not take too long to notify me of the interview time. Overall, it was a really nice interview experience. I don’t really understand how the rating could be so low—it feels like someone maliciously posted negative reviews. Although I was not given the opportunity to be hired, I still had a great interview experience, and I hope I’ll have the opportunity to join the company in the future!!

When I arrived at the Gigantech Cloud Technology office, my first impression was that the workspace was spacious and bright. The view by the lobby windows was broad and unobstructed, and I could even see planes flying past, which felt really cool.
As soon as I entered, HR took me into the office to get prepared and had even prepared a welcome presentation. I felt very warmly welcomed, and this was an experience I had never had in more than a dozen interviews.

So far, I’ve had a very positive impression of the interviews. For a telemarketing position, this is the first company I’ve encountered that places so much emphasis on the process—the discussions have been very detailed, and the HR representative has also been quite friendly. I hope I can successfully receive an offer.
The only thing I can really say at this point is that I didn’t know the discussions would take so long, but that also shows the company really takes this seriously.

I would like to share my thoughts on the overall interview experience.
First of all, throughout the interview process, I was deeply impressed by the interviewer’s professionalism and friendliness. The interviewer not only provided a detailed introduction to the company’s background and the requirements of the position I applied for, but also gave me ample time to express my perspectives and experience. This made me feel highly respected and valued.
During the interview, I particularly appreciated the questions posed by the interviewer. These questions not only explored my professional skills and past experience in depth, but also covered my insights into industry trends and my future career plans. This gave me the opportunity to fully demonstrate my abilities, while also helping me gain a deeper understanding of the position itself and the company’s development direction.
In addition, I found the interviewer to be very patient and thorough in answering my questions and addressing my concerns. This gave me a clearer understanding of your company’s culture and work environment. This communication filled me with anticipation about the possibility of joining your company in the future, and also helped me better assess whether it aligns with my career goals and values.
Overall, I found this interview experience very pleasant and satisfying. I gained a deeper understanding of your company’s professionalism and friendly work atmosphere, which has also given me confidence in the possibility of future collaboration. Thank you again for giving me this valuable opportunity. I look forward to the possibility of working together further!

Overwhelmingly positive reviews—are employees being made to post positive reviews??
To be fair, the positive reviews are genuine. HR is indeed very good, and the environment is also nice.
But for a job, these are not the most important things.
The key points are the company’s development, the manager’s management style, and compensation and benefits.
The company’s development prospects are worrying. It is trying to succeed with just one product and the sales staff’s sales pitches.
You can tell from the flood of negative user reviews online.
The product is not being updated, and no new products are being developed. Sooner or later, it will fail.
Managers also show favoritism. I once heard that an employee was verbally bullied by a manager and a team leader.
The company has also not implemented measures to prevent unlawful workplace harm.
I have also seen various tactics used by departments that were downsized but did not want to pay severance.
Although not everyone will necessarily encounter these issues,
I advise anyone considering an interview: if you have a better job opportunity, don’t come here.
Kind, enthusiastic, with a great atmosphere and no pressure. It made for a very pleasant and relaxing conversation—the best interview experience I’ve ever had.

The interview process is divided into several parts.
Initially, HR contacts you by phone to explain the job responsibilities and basic salary.
If it seems like a good fit, you can first learn whether this industry is suitable for you.
Later, when the interview is scheduled, the manager and HR will discuss things in greater detail.
The process is clearly explained with a presentation,
and everyone is very friendly, concise, and respectful of your time~

The environment and atmosphere were both very good. They explained the job responsibilities and introduced the relevant details very clearly. It felt like a pleasant conversation where we got to know each other, and everything was very positive.

The environment is very good. The company is located very close to an MRT station, so it is easy to get there by public transportation. There are also quite a few places to eat nearby. After arriving on time, HR gave a very detailed explanation of the company’s rules and policies before the interview with the manager, and answered all questions thoroughly. The manager conducting the interview would be the direct supervisor for the position. They were very nice and asked many questions about my career plans and views on the job. They also explained the subsequent training process in advance, which at least made me feel more reassured before joining as a newcomer. Everything that needed to be explained was covered.

The company’s HR representative was warm and generous, and the interviewing manager also asked about my past experience in a friendly manner. The interview process was relaxed and not overly stressful. The company environment was clean and tidy, and the subsequent benefits and expectations matched what was described during the interview. It is a rare, genuinely warm and wonderful company. After being hired, the actual job responsibilities also matched what had been explained during the interview, and colleagues got along extremely well.

The interview process went very smoothly, and it was quite enjoyable to chat. Both the manager and HR were very friendly.
The interview process went quite smoothly~ I can’t think of any particular drawbacks at the moment.
The interview was very relaxed and enjoyable, and we also talked a lot about music.
Because it was so relaxed, we talked for a very long time. I suppose that could count as a downside, right? XD
The interview content was very meaningful, and the company atmosphere was quite good.
You can understand why you want to do this job and clearly determine whether you are suited for it.
The abilities required for the job are all explained during the interview, and the interviewing managers are also very friendly and approachable.
The interview and introduction took approximately one hour.
The work environment is excellent, clean, and tidy.
I really don't think there is anything to criticize; it can be considered a model for company interviews.

It would be even better if the interview results could be provided more quickly.
No written test is required. The work environment is clean, bright, comfortable, and both the HR staff and manager are very friendly. Before the interview, HR introduces the job responsibilities and the company's internal operations. The manager also takes a relaxed approach to learning about your past experience and lets you know in advance about potential issues you may encounter at work, without making you feel pressured. The overall interview atmosphere is excellent.

When I first entered the company, the clean and bright environment immediately made me feel very comfortable. The HR representative was very warm. During the interview process, I had separate interviews with both the HR manager and the business manager, and it was clear that they were seriously screening and selecting candidates. Afterward, the HR representative walked me out to the elevator and gave me a deep bow, making me feel respected and valued. Overall, I had a very positive experience.
There was nothing in particular that left me with a negative impression.

Before the interview was scheduled: After I applied proactively, HR called to explain the position details and salary range. If I had any questions, they also answered them over the phone. They were very sincere.
I thought it was quite good. They continued the discussion only after there was initial interest, so neither side's time was wasted.
First interview: The office is located in a commercial building, and the environment is excellent. The meeting room was very modern. Before the interview, HR first introduced the company culture and products. After the introduction, two managers joined us. The interview process was comfortable. The managers were friendly and courteous, and explained the role based on my past experience and the current opening. They did not make empty promises, but shared the challenges required by the position and how the salary was calculated. After the interview, the managers said that, to help both sides better understand whether we were a good fit, they would like me to prepare a presentation proposal regarding future development.
Second interview: I presented and explained the proposal. The managers listened attentively, provided feedback and suggestions, and expressed positive recognition. I was informed that I had been accepted that day and was told my start date.
After joining the company: I have now been here for more than a year. My experience has been very good overall, and my teammates have taken extremely good care of me. The training is very comprehensive, and the company atmosphere is lively, with many activities (yoga classes, flower-arranging classes, ChatGPT courses, and communication classes). The company provides coffee for NT$10, and if you achieve your performance goals, you also get a massage. The benefits are excellent!

This was my first time trying a sales position, and it was somewhat different from what I had imagined. The benefits and salary were very transparent, so I could calculate them myself, and the work environment was also very comfortable!

The company environment is very good. The interview began with a self-introduction, and the manager of the interviewing department was very friendly. The overall interview lasted about one hour and covered the job requirements, salary and benefits. The company also has a variety of clubs, and the benefits are fairly good. For the second interview, you will need to prepare a presentation, so you should have the ability to create presentations and deliver them orally. The manager will provide feedback!

The interview process was very pleasant. The HR representative helped us understand the company’s basic culture and core values, and it was clear that the company values and thoughtfully supports its talent. The interviewer also took the time to understand the candidate’s work needs and future plans, making it a two-way communication process. Although I was nervous during the interview, my overall experience was very positive. Regardless of the outcome, I sincerely appreciate your company for giving me this opportunity!

I recently interviewed with Gjun Cloud.
The interview lasted about one hour, and the process was relaxed and pleasant, without making me feel nervous or pressured.
In communicating and interacting with the interviewers and the interview manager, I could feel their trust and respect for the interviewee.
Gjun Cloud gives the impression that it places great importance on employees’ growth and abilities.
Regardless of the outcome, I am very grateful for this interview opportunity.

No need to prepare teaching materials yourself.
The entire company really is a “traditional” company. Overall, it feels like an educational institution that only wants to make money.
At the beginning, the person responsible for the interview did not clearly explain that this was a “contractual appointment” relationship rather than a standard employment relationship. This was clearly an attempt to skirt the gray areas and avoid the burden of labor and health insurance contributions. Employees have to pay the so-called supplementary premium themselves every month, which is equivalent to working unpaid for one to two hours every month. They only said that enrolling in insurance through a trade union could avoid this expense.
Although the teaching environment provided its own teaching materials, the materials were loosely structured and full of errors (including obvious Chinese-style Japanese). In short, they were very difficult to use. I once suggested that the relevant personnel at the company needed to proofread and revise them, but no action was taken for a long time. They only hoped that the contract instructors would proactively point out the issues. May I ask where the relevant full-time employees responsible for this are?
The lessons mainly consist of 50-minute classes, with a maximum of six students per small class. Teachers are required to cover the entire lesson within the allotted time, including review, vocabulary, grammar, textbook dialogues, and exercises. Aside from the fact that the schedule is too tight to explain things in detail, no additional pay is provided for overtime. On one occasion, a clear mistake in the company's teaching-material design caused the lesson to run significantly over time. After I reported it, they simply apologized briefly, with no subsequent additional compensation.
During class, students do not need to turn on their cameras, so it is impossible to know whether they are actually paying attention (I once encountered a student attending class while lying down). The placement system is also not rigorous enough. There is supposedly a level-up exam, but students are essentially allowed to take it open-book, so even students with poor proficiency can pass. This often results in classes with widely varying student levels.
In addition, there is supposedly lecturer management, but although they show concern at the beginning, they do not regularly follow up to understand the contract instructors' recent situations. Furthermore, the company cannot guarantee stable teaching hours. Even when teaching hours are drastically reduced, it does not proactively help open new classes. After the issue is raised, they simply tell you, “Everything is scheduled by the system.” The company also has no non-compete clause and suggests that instructors take part-time work on other platforms. It is extremely passive.
In the past, when a student did not show up, teachers only had to wait in the classroom, and the company would provide recordings of previous lessons for the student. Later, however, they began requiring teachers to record the lesson themselves even when the student was absent, citing the need to protect the privacy of other students. Yet they then provided the lesson videos for sale to other students. Is this not completely hypocritical?
