The environment is very good. The company is located very close to an MRT station, so it is easy to get there by public transportation. There are also quite a few places to eat nearby. After arriving on time, HR gave a very detailed explanation of the company’s rules and policies before the interview with the manager, and answered all questions thoroughly. The manager conducting the interview would be the direct supervisor for the position. They were very nice and asked many questions about my career plans and views on the job. They also explained the subsequent training process in advance, which at least made me feel more reassured before joining as a newcomer. Everything that needed to be explained was covered.
