Overwhelmingly positive reviews—are employees being made to post positive reviews??

To be fair, the positive reviews are genuine. HR is indeed very good, and the environment is also nice.

But for a job, these are not the most important things.

The key points are the company’s development, the manager’s management style, and compensation and benefits.

The company’s development prospects are worrying. It is trying to succeed with just one product and the sales staff’s sales pitches.

You can tell from the flood of negative user reviews online.

The product is not being updated, and no new products are being developed. Sooner or later, it will fail.

Managers also show favoritism. I once heard that an employee was verbally bullied by a manager and a team leader.

The company has also not implemented measures to prevent unlawful workplace harm.

I have also seen various tactics used by departments that were downsized but did not want to pay severance.

Although not everyone will necessarily encounter these issues,

I advise anyone considering an interview: if you have a better job opportunity, don’t come here.
