This company has a great deal of negative feedback in the industry. I sincerely recommend that job seekers carefully evaluate it, compare it with other options, and maintain sound judgment. As a former employee who has left the company, I happened to pass by... Seeing the positive reviews was unbelievable. It was obvious that the recruiters had posted them to inflate the ratings themselves. The work environment is pleasant because the company has relocated, but when looking for a job, you should never focus solely on the external environment. Career development and company culture are even more important. There are significant problems with internal communication at the company. Low organizational efficiency is only the surface issue; the deeper problem is that there are fundamental issues with the company’s core values and management practices themselves. If you value long-term development and a healthy workplace atmosphere, I recommend considering this carefully.
