When I arrived at the Genius Cloud Technology office, my first impression was that the workspace was spacious and bright. The view by the lobby windows was expansive and unobstructed, and I could even see airplanes flying by, which felt really cool.

As soon as I entered, HR led me into the office to prepare and had even prepared a welcome presentation. I felt very warmly welcomed, and this was an experience I had never had in the more than a dozen interviews I had attended.

While preparing for the interview, I suddenly realized that I had not saved the presentation I had prepared to my USB drive. I completely panicked, but fortunately, HR gave me the time and space to download it again from the cloud. Thankfully, I was able to retrieve it successfully in the end.

The interview mainly involved conversations with the department manager, an HR colleague, and the HR manager. We talked openly and got to know one another. They were courteous and friendly in learning about my thoughts, and they also gave me the opportunity to share my expectations and career direction. Overall, this was a very positive interview experience, and I could feel the company’s respect for and considerate treatment of candidates.

I did not experience anything unpleasant at the time; overall, everything was perfectly fine.
