Operations unclear, strategy unclear, product unclear; the situation in each department is strange.
Accounts and records don't match, development is unclear, almost everyone is new, turnover is extremely high, and handovers are unclear.
All kinds of wishful thinking and managers with no sense of cohesion. You have to believe in the all-seeing eye.
You have to run and move fast; the Xindian office is also very “cold.”
Also, at present, besides HR, there is another control freak who likes to cause trouble.
You have to write a work log every day—the more detailed, the better.
It can help strengthen your memory……..
Unclear instructions make the people below you work aimlessly and make mistakes. Although people come and go in the workplace (which is quite normal), when incidents occur, supervisors will not step in to help (most of the time, they either push the blame onto subordinates or ignore it and pretend not to know). Employees cannot be retained, and the team’s efforts show no results. The ones who should leave are the incompetent supervisors (though they will not recognize their own incompetence). Some supervisors at this company really should leave.
Those who receive raises or bonuses are usually the boss’s confidants. Don’t even think about there being a system of annual raises—you would have to win over certain supervisors first. They will use all kinds of ways to make you unable to stay.
Two days off per week
Easy to take leave
The department is a mess
The company has absolutely no marketing strategy
HR never proactively communicates anything
(They keep pretending nothing is happening)
Go ask for the answers yourself!!
We often provide support and help, but the hours are never paid at double time~
==Stingy
The colleagues who have left were nice, and it’s close to an MRT station.
The expansion is highly questionable, and the high turnover is definitely real! The boss only ever draws you grand promises, you never receive performance bonuses, and the product pricing strategy is extremely chaotic. There is a pile of inventory they ask you to help deal with, yet the inventory records are frequently inaccurate. Previously, when performance targets were met, the boss’s response was that the company had lost money before, so everyone needed to weather the difficult times together. The biggest problem is that the person managing the Operations Department is completely out of touch and often creates difficulties for work between departments. Anyone considering joining should really think twice.
Colleagues are very easy to get along with, but only in certain departments
The boss is Korean~
Domestic and overseas employee trips: Never held
Birthday cash gifts: Just exchanged for company products (use it up after receiving it!!!
Festival cash gifts/gifts: Mostly company products
Humane management: Completely inhumane
The boss likes to play both sides~ Things she is unwilling to do herself~ are all handed over to her hatchet man (the HR manager)
This HR manager meddles in and manages everything in the company~ The key point is that she cannot do anything~ Even her own HR duties are handled poorly ~ She has no professionalism whatsoever ~ She thinks that because everyone dislikes her, she will eventually leave ~ But that is completely wrong~ She will not leave (the hatchet man's salary is high enough to retire on) ~
She will only force you to leave ~ using every dirty tactic to frame you ~ She even does illegal things ~
For example, insufficient labor insurance contributions~ deducting pay for menstrual leave ~ not paying overtime and instead giving compensatory leave ~ only threatening employees by deducting their leave
Employees are not treated as human beings~ when they want you gone, you have to leave that very day ~ The same applies to part-time workers
The boss knows about it but only pretends not to (which is actually what she intends)
In sales and marketing~ even when performance targets are met, they still nitpick~ the purpose is simply not to pay performance bonuses
They will also tell the sales staff~ “We never discussed performance bonuses in the initial interview” (What the heck?)
There have already been several labor inspections at the company
because former employees reported illegal practices~ Recently, they even had several lawsuits over labor disputes
They lost all of them~
Friends who want to interview here, think it over carefully....
