Pros
Two days off per week
Easy to take leave
Cons
The department is a mess
The company has absolutely no marketing strategy
HR never proactively communicates anything
(They keep pretending nothing is happening)
Go ask for the answers yourself!!
We often provide support and help, but the hours are never paid at double time~
