None at all

Cons

The salary is extremely low. I strongly advise against joining this terrible company—the reason is simple: you’ll understand what it feels like to fall into hell. They treat sales staff especially like dogs, and the manager is utterly incompetent, arbitrarily docking pay. Even more outrageous is how incapable they are of helping resolve problems. Think very carefully before joining. Once again, I advise against joining this terrible company!

You

I was introduced to the company and interviewed at the end of last year. It seems there have already been major personnel changes, and I didn’t encounter any of the strange interview managers or experiences mentioned in the posts... Overall, it actually felt pretty good... The company may be taking rather drastic measures to reform things (lol).

Cons

The environment also seems to be undergoing renovations, with a fairly large construction area.

I applied for an R&D position and really was assigned to R&D, but my final separation form still listed me as a quality assurance operator. To be honest, the work in R&D was not genuine R&D either: if an experiment failed, they would falsify the results. If a stability test failed, they would produce a new batch of medicine and test it as though it were the old batch, claiming that the extension was OK. When you join, they tell you that there are two bonuses, paid in line with government agencies. However, the female supervisor who graduated from Fu Jen Catholic University would first force you out whenever she was unhappy, and only then issue the bonus. The biggest problem at this company is this female supervisor: she has low emotional intelligence and cannot communicate, yet thinks she is very clever. Still, it is impressive that someone who got where she is today mainly through talking can have such ability. The other supervisors also listen to her. Anyone with a sense of justice absolutely cannot last here. Although the company has many employees, nearly 100 people leave each year. The chairwoman and general manager are capable of handling the business well, but they are both over 70. It is truly painful to work at a company that cannot even manage quality control properly yet still wants to take on orders. There are so many detailed negative reviews online, but people like me still go in wanting to give it a try. Please do not waste your time.

Pros

So far, it's okay; nothing special.

Cons

When interviewing for a quality control position, they give you a résumé form and a test to complete, entirely in English.

The supervisor will discuss the general nature of the work with you.

It feels like a responsibility-based system; if you don't finish your work, it's your responsibility.

Colleagues are mostly united and get along well, perhaps because of the poor manager!

Cons

The compensation is relatively low and employee turnover is high. Aside from the manager, employees have an average tenure of less than three years. The manager never listens to subordinates' opinions, insists on going their own way, and questions subordinates' professional abilities. The company's various policies are like being in the military.....There are many baffling decisions.....

There’s always a show to watch every day!

Cons

Knowing how to “flatter” is key!

Professional expertise is not necessarily useful here, because managers only act according to their personal preferences, claiming that they are supposedly helping people advance and stand out. Many truly capable professionals who genuinely contributed to the company were gradually “forced” to leave! Some were even driven out through particularly malicious tactics, because one manager said: “The old hands are occupying the latrines without doing anything—how can we let some outside experts come in?” But so far… the experts this manager refers to have yet to appear, while unprofessional people are allowed to manage professionals! Truly a baffling company……

Senior management never hears the voices of employees at the bottom; it is always a certain manager speaking up, and always speaking for others according to her personal preferences. As a result, very few people who are disliked manage to avoid being pushed out!

In conclusion… if you consider yourself to have 1000% stress tolerance, a strong stomach, know how to flatter, or can function without a soul—acting as a puppet under someone else’s control—then you will be qualified for this job!

Just like a eunuch down there! There’s nothing at all—what the hell is this?

Cons

There’s a reason the salary is set so low! You all just don’t understand her good intentions. She even said it herself: set the salary lower when you join, then gradually add it back after you’re in. See? Doesn’t that make you feel incredibly grateful?

And as for the high employee turnover, so what? It’s all part of her good intentions—truly, such good intentions~ She said this herself too; it’s intentional! If the old employees didn’t leave, how would rookies like you get a chance to come in and learn? See? Doesn’t that make you feel incredibly grateful?

Go ahead and keep talking. I’ll refute and shut down every single point you make. Aren’t you going to hurry up and feel incredibly grateful?

Pros

None, because it’s just too ridiculous!

Cons

The internal management is extremely poor, with rule by individuals taking precedence over institutional systems, making the work very difficult…

In terms of working hours, you must work more than two hours of overtime before you are allowed to report it. Otherwise, if you stay past your scheduled end time, it is considered something you should do. Even if you really want to report two hours of overtime, your supervisor may not necessarily approve it, and you may even be given a hard time! As a result, most employees do not dare to report overtime!

Even on typhoon days, employees are forced to use their annual leave; unpaid leave is not an option!

Integrating the team is extremely difficult, and professionals are managed by nonprofessionals. Naturally, when problems arise, supervisors lack the ability to resolve them, yet employees are questioned about their expertise when asked to solve the problems. True professionals and elites, please think carefully before joining!

Under the one fixed day off and one flexible rest day policy, when there is a long holiday, the company will not give you the consecutive days off. You have to use your own annual leave to take them.

Employees take turns cleaning the restrooms, and the large parking lot on the first floor is also assigned to employees to clean…

The work atmosphere is extremely serious. During working hours, no beverage cups other than water may be placed on the desk. If you do have a beverage, it must be kept inside a drawer!

Before work, you must hand over your phone for centralized safekeeping, just like in a military camp. This is what I find most unacceptable!

That’s all. If you cannot accept these conditions, I suggest you not waste your valuable time.

1. Low compensation.

2. During the interview, they said there would be a salary adjustment after the three-month probation period. However, after inquiring, I found that most people did not receive a salary adjustment within that timeframe. Some colleagues had even been employed for more than nine months without a salary adjustment. When this was raised with a supervisor, the response was: “Don’t you know I’m very busy?”
