None at all
I applied for an R&D position and really was assigned to R&D, but my final separation form still listed me as a quality assurance operator. To be honest, the work in R&D was not genuine R&D either: if an experiment failed, they would falsify the results. If a stability test failed, they would produce a new batch of medicine and test it as though it were the old batch, claiming that the extension was OK. When you join, they tell you that there are two bonuses, paid in line with government agencies. However, the female supervisor who graduated from Fu Jen Catholic University would first force you out whenever she was unhappy, and only then issue the bonus. The biggest problem at this company is this female supervisor: she has low emotional intelligence and cannot communicate, yet thinks she is very clever. Still, it is impressive that someone who got where she is today mainly through talking can have such ability. The other supervisors also listen to her. Anyone with a sense of justice absolutely cannot last here. Although the company has many employees, nearly 100 people leave each year. The chairwoman and general manager are capable of handling the business well, but they are both over 70. It is truly painful to work at a company that cannot even manage quality control properly yet still wants to take on orders. There are so many detailed negative reviews online, but people like me still go in wanting to give it a try. Please do not waste your time.
