They actually require employees to sign promissory notes for the year-end bonus??? This is truly the first time I've ever heard of such a thing. They even took the promissory notes to court to have them adjudicated—their means of bullying kind, honest people is truly outrageous.
A company and boss like this will definitely, definitely be weeded out.
It depends on what you consider to be an advantage.
The list is endless.
1. The boss constantly talks about transforming the company, but in the end still insists on running the company using the same approach that has failed to make money.
2. The boss constantly claims to have no money, yet always spends it on strange things, such as installing surveillance cameras or hiring people to report employees.
3. The boss wants to keep track of the progress of every employee at all times. The problem is that by comparing himself to Terry Gou, he is only making a fool of himself. Sir, have you ever seen Terry Gou know what every employee is doing?
4. The number of managers is completely disproportionate to the number of frontline employees. Some do not use their brains, some are two-faced, some love to sleep, some do not communicate, and some are full of themselves.
5. The boss talks to employees who have not resigned about how terrible former employees supposedly were. As soon as an employee leaves, the boss immediately starts telling people in the office things that never happened.
6. The boss always tells the sales staff how well he knows this person or that person, saying that they only need to make a call. He also likes to say that a certain contact is so-and-so, so why does he keep allowing that person to make unreasonable demands for no apparent reason?
7. He does not respect professional expertise.
8. It is impossible to know whether anything the boss communicates can be taken seriously. Every time, three people repeat it differently, each with a completely different version. In the end, the boss gets so angry that he directly asks employees: “Is this company yours or mine?”
9. The boss has an extremely extensive repertoire of emotional outbursts, such as: “You [expletive] me.” “You’ll shit your pants.” “Is this company yours or mine?” “It’s always someone else’s fault.”
10. The boss is very good at painting rosy pictures and making empty promises. He constantly claims to give young people room to develop, but in reality, he uses entrenched thinking to limit their imagination.
If I keep writing, it feels like I’m going to end up typing all 5,000 words. To sum up, if you are one of the people destined to come across this article, please remember: do not be deceived into joining this company. Some people, things, and circumstances simply deserve to be eliminated.
As mentioned earlier, although no one stays for long, the colleagues have very good relationships with one another.
The registered legal notices sent to employees are all genuine—this is not an exaggeration. At the Zhongshan Road post office, 20 meters from this company, 98% of the registered-mail business comes from this company. The post office manager once asked me what industry this company was in and what kind of business it was.
There were already many surveillance cameras before, and now there is also wiretapping and covert recording—it’s truly outrageous and frightening~~
They not only like to send legal notices to employees; they also use registered notices and litigation with customers. Back then, the mail carrier delivered court documents almost every day. It’s really hard to understand—there must be a reason, I suppose!
Working at this company is indeed very stressful... truly outrageous.

None at all
If you want to do well here, prepare yourself mentally to be monitored every day. There are surveillance cameras everywhere, and the boss watches them. They are very petty—even the time you spend washing your lunchbox is counted in your performance review. One day, you may inexplicably receive a demerit because you accidentally did something outside your job duties.
What you hear most often is the boss loudly spouting bullshit and calling people trash, damnable, incompetent, and other things like that. Otherwise, they frequently say that everything should be handled through the law and that they’ll see you in court. The standards are low.
The work environment is cramped and very uncomfortable.
Don’t waste your life here.}]} nauka syndesis хыҵ nag? 在天天中彩票 全民彩票 ߟ.)))
None
The office space is cramped, belongings are placed in a dirty and messy manner, the boss acts like a feudal lord, the managers have no backbone, there are especially many trivial nuisances, and the salary and benefits are terrible.

Poor
Working here allows you to:
1. Strengthen your mind (there are many frustrating issues),
2. Experience what it feels like to be poor (low pay),
3. Understand the realities of companies and society,
4. Learn the art of lying (what the boss says is very inconsistent with what the boss does),
5. Experience the helplessness of senior colleagues (the boss has absolute power),
6. Make many friends (the turnover rate is high)
1. You will be closely monitored at work (the boss watches the surveillance cameras)
2. Your phone can easily run out of battery (the boss uses LINE to communicate about work)
3. You need to control the time you spend in the restroom (the boss will go check)
4. The office is cramped
5. There are hardly any benefits
Working here allows you to learn many things that you would not be able to experience at other large companies.
1. You can improve your legal knowledge. Knowing how to protect yourself is very important, and the boss will let you experience this firsthand.

2. You can understand that dreams and goals are different. Seeing the boss’s ambitious dreams and management vision made me deeply understand the importance of choosing a good company.
3. The harmonious family relationships. The boss is truly very good to the members of the family and takes great care of all the brothers and sisters. There are many family members working in the company and factory, and every family member who has left has gone on to achieve something. This spirit of selflessly promoting family members is worth learning from.
4. Management based on living within one’s means. The boss takes on several roles and also has unique insights into financial management. Decisions regarding employee salary adjustments and raises are absolutely fair and impartial, based entirely on the boss’s observations of employees in their daily work. When employees encounter difficulties, the boss also provides non-financial assistance, helping them overcome their predicaments through education and guidance.
5. A people-oriented culture. The boss often tells everyone that the company belongs to all of us. To prevent employees from worrying about issues related to the company’s operations and management, the boss always openly announces information during the morning meetings so that employees understand the situation, explaining the company’s various problems and difficulties in an objective and accurate manner. It is truly very inspiring and earns people’s respect.
No shortcomings—the boss is too outstanding.
A job where you can't make money, can't save money, and might starve to death
The boss often talks evasively and is very calculating about employees' wages. Although verbally wishing for employees to make money, he is so harsh that he deducts bonuses everywhere, leaving you with practically nothing. When he gives an incorrect instruction, he blames you for the mistake and even asks you to provide evidence that it was his instruction.
When sales staff make mistakes, the boss frantically blames other colleagues for them, and keeps bringing them up from time to time to harshly criticize and sarcastically mock them.
Salaries increase very little. If the boss gives you one more small bill's worth in an annual raise, it will cost him his life; getting one more small bill means having to do more than ten additional tasks.
You’ll become very close with your coworkers (because the boss is so terrible and there are so many outrageous incidents—it gives you plenty to talk about~)
1. A family business. The boss loves suing employees, so be sure to think carefully before signing anything, because the boss will use what you signed to sue you (even if what you signed is actually illegal).
2. Office phone calls are monitored, and there are an extremely high number of surveillance cameras in the office (and the boss really does listen and watch....)
3. Safety in the factory area is handled very poorly.
4. Contracts require you to commit to working for several years, which is because nobody stays long anyway..... In short, run—do not sign a contract under any circumstances!
There is no bullying of new employees by old employees, because there are no long-serving employees. Anyone who can last two years is a god. (Family business) The long-serving employees are all members of their family…
Also, because the boss is so terrible, the relationships among colleagues outside the family business are very good.
If you work in the R&D department, be mentally prepared to borrow your year-end bonus every year (you have to sign an IOU). They make it sound nice by calling it a project bonus system, but after product development is completed, they keep putting you off with excuses such as there being no mass production, no product series, or that factory production is not running smoothly. The products are already being sold, yet they still do not pay the bonuses. (Moreover, the products have obtained Taiwanese patents, SGS and UL certifications, and U.S. AMCA certification.)
If you work in the sales department, sorry, your salary is also paid as a loan; if you fail to meet your targets, they will demand repayment.
The sales assistants are replaced on average once a year. Why once a year? Because the company says, putting it nicely, that it wants to help you reduce your taxes, so everything is on a contract basis. You have to sign an indenture, and if you terminate the contract early, they will take you to court. You ask why the Council of Labor Affairs does not help; when you have changed jobs and are still harassed every day, you will really just prefer to pay the money and be done with it!
This company is not merely bad—it is an extremely, extremely terrible company, a sweatshop.
