Workplace reviews and discussion: 陽鼎實業股份有限公司

None at all

If you want to do well here, prepare yourself mentally to be monitored every day. There are surveillance cameras everywhere, and the boss watches them. They are very petty—even the time you spend washing your lunchbox is counted in your performance review. One day, you may inexplicably receive a demerit because you accidentally did something outside your job duties.

What you hear most often is the boss loudly spouting bullshit and calling people trash, damnable, incompetent, and other things like that. Otherwise, they frequently say that everything should be handled through the law and that they’ll see you in court. The standards are low.

The work environment is cramped and very uncomfortable.
