You’ll become very close with your coworkers (because the boss is so terrible and there are so many outrageous incidents—it gives you plenty to talk about~)
1. A family business. The boss loves suing employees, so be sure to think carefully before signing anything, because the boss will use what you signed to sue you (even if what you signed is actually illegal).
2. Office phone calls are monitored, and there are an extremely high number of surveillance cameras in the office (and the boss really does listen and watch....)
3. Safety in the factory area is handled very poorly.
4. Contracts require you to commit to working for several years, which is because nobody stays long anyway..... In short, run—do not sign a contract under any circumstances!
