A job where you can't make money, can't save money, and might starve to death
The boss often talks evasively and is very calculating about employees' wages. Although verbally wishing for employees to make money, he is so harsh that he deducts bonuses everywhere, leaving you with practically nothing. When he gives an incorrect instruction, he blames you for the mistake and even asks you to provide evidence that it was his instruction.
When sales staff make mistakes, the boss frantically blames other colleagues for them, and keeps bringing them up from time to time to harshly criticize and sarcastically mock them.
Salaries increase very little. If the boss gives you one more small bill's worth in an annual raise, it will cost him his life; getting one more small bill means having to do more than ten additional tasks.
