3. Emphasis on story output, or the boss thinks stories are the company's main product
1. Healthy and abundant meals provided
2. Office planning modeled after Google
1. Endless meetings and writing meeting minutes
2. Measuring individual performance using quantitative tree diagrams is an incredible waste of working hours! We are required to create the diagrams in PowerPoint, revise them almost every day, and report them to all colleagues every week. Most importantly, the table format is changed over and over again, so the formats everyone produces are never consistent!
3. On the surface, it appears to provide room for creativity and autonomy, but in reality, the company as a whole lacks planning and has no standard SOPs
4. This company is already operating under its third name; as for why it was reorganized, you can investigate that yourself......

The provided meals are good.
The company has no SOPs
Limited room for development
Poor benefits system
Employee training is severely lacking
Meetings are frequent but have no real benefit
1. Management is willing to give people opportunities and listens to employees’ feedback at appropriate times.
2. You can participate in multiple projects within a short period, making it suitable for ambitious job seekers.
3. The company puts a lot of thought into food and dining.
1. There are no SOPs or rules to follow; depending on the individual, some people may find this exhausting.
2. Because there are no SOPs, you may sometimes experience conflicts among management, which can occasionally be more challenging to handle.
3. Some colleagues have strong individual personalities, so conflicts may arise during collaboration.
The environment and people are both good.
The benefits are excellent: two meals fully provided, free coffee and milk, 14 months of guaranteed pay, overtime can be claimed, and flexible working hours.
English proficiency is required.
As the company is just getting started, there are no SOPs to follow, and there are many trivial and complicated tasks.
You need to bring your own laptop.
