Pros
The environment and people are both good.
The benefits are excellent: two meals fully provided, free coffee and milk, 14 months of guaranteed pay, overtime can be claimed, and flexible working hours.
English proficiency is required.
Cons
As the company is just getting started, there are no SOPs to follow, and there are many trivial and complicated tasks.
You need to bring your own laptop.
