Pros

3. A promising R&D company.
4. Improves reporting skills.
Cons
1. Extremely high pressure. There are only 30 employees, so each person is expected to do the work of five.
2. Assignments on weekends and frequent overtime during the week.
3. The boss has extremely high expectations and fires employees who fail to meet them without hesitation.
4. Extremely high employee turnover.
