2. Measuring individual performance using quantitative tree diagrams is an incredible waste of working hours! We are required to create the diagrams in PowerPoint, revise them almost every day, and report them to all colleagues every week. Most importantly, the table format is changed over and over again, so the formats everyone produces are never consistent!
3. On the surface, it appears to provide room for creativity and autonomy, but in reality, the company as a whole lacks planning and has no standard SOPs
4. This company is already operating under its third name; as for why it was reorganized, you can investigate that yourself......
5. A fake foreign company! English is basically never used!
