The day before the interview, they called to change the time to the afternoon. I assumed it was because the manager had something come up that morning. However, on the day of the interview, the interviewer was 20 minutes late. Then someone came in and told me that, because the situation had arisen suddenly, he had been asked to interview me at the last minute. He repeatedly apologized, saying that he had only just received my information and had not had time to review it, so he would have to read it while asking me questions. I was already very unhappy at that point, but I also felt that this person was in an unfortunate situation, so I did not show my displeasure. Later, he said he would pass my information on to his supervisor. I asked whether his supervisor had suddenly had to attend a meeting. He said that his supervisor was traveling for work that day. Then may I ask why they changed the interview time with me? Is it possible that HR did not know the supervisor was traveling? If HR really did not know, that shows how disorganized this company’s internal procedures are. They simply grabbed someone to deal with me, which made me feel that they were extremely disrespectful.

1. The interview environment is extremely poor: a very cramped and rudimentary space. Interviewees can use this to gauge the family business’s senior management’s approach to running the company.
2. The selection process requires multiple interviews and written tests, but the content is completely unrelated to the future job. It appears that all employees take the same written test, which cannot distinguish between production-line and back-office positions. It is even less capable of determining whether an individual fits the company culture.
3. The compensation system cannot be clearly explained and offers no help whatsoever for your personal career.
4. The interview makes grand promises: it is a family business, and the owner operates multiple companies to facilitate the use of personal funds and business applications.

Most employees are either veterans with more than six years of experience or newcomers with less than one year; there is virtually no one in between with two to four years of experience.
Also, production-line processing personnel chew betel nuts while at work, and there is no guaranteed 14-month compensation package.
Do not fill in [expected minimum salary] under any circumstances. HR makes it sound good, but in the end they offer the expected minimum salary.
