The day before the interview, they called to change the time to the afternoon. I assumed it was because the manager had something come up that morning. However, on the day of the interview, the interviewer was 20 minutes late. Then someone came in and told me that, because the situation had arisen suddenly, he had been asked to interview me at the last minute. He repeatedly apologized, saying that he had only just received my information and had not had time to review it, so he would have to read it while asking me questions. I was already very unhappy at that point, but I also felt that this person was in an unfortunate situation, so I did not show my displeasure. Later, he said he would pass my information on to his supervisor. I asked whether his supervisor had suddenly had to attend a meeting. He said that his supervisor was traveling for work that day. Then may I ask why they changed the interview time with me? Is it possible that HR did not know the supervisor was traveling? If HR really did not know, that shows how disorganized this company’s internal procedures are. They simply grabbed someone to deal with me, which made me feel that they were extremely disrespectful.
