Cons
Traditional manufacturing + family-owned business; please think carefully before joining. The impression given to interviewees during the interview is fairly good, but in reality, it is just empty promises.
The starting salary also includes a three-month probationary-period salary; whether there will be a salary adjustment after the three-month probationary period is unknown.
The department has no comprehensive training system or SOP, and the new-hire retention rate is poor.
Information travels extremely fast in the company. As long as you say something carelessly or fail to do something properly, you'll find out.
