Pros
Friendly colleagues.
There is a coffee machine, and sparkling water is available.
Flexible working hours; you can leave work once you have completed 8 hours.
Cons
Too much paperwork.
The digitalization is only half-done, and the system is too complicated. If the supervisor is on leave, order approvals effectively come to a standstill; the process cannot continue until the supervisor returns to work.
Suitable for people with no experience.
