The weather was hot that day, but the meeting room had no air conditioning, and the job candidate was not offered even a glass of water. The questions are professional, but you will feel extremely disrespected. The entire interview is rather uncomfortable—three overly self-important smart people who seem to think this company is superior to others.
They seemed contemptuous of the candidate’s previous experience as a food service worker; I’m not sure whether to call their wording straightforward or rude.

I recently finished the interview and wanted to share my experience. I also received a long list of questions, although the content was slightly different from what several people mentioned earlier (possibly because the positions applied for were different). It felt quite troublesome, but I still completed them carefully.
I received an interview invitation within a week of submitting my answers. The interview was conducted by the CEO and another manager. The atmosphere was good, and the questions were fairly in-depth. Not long after I got home, I received an offer, but I still want to look at a few more jobs, so I haven't decided whether to accept it yet.
I think those who didn't receive an interview invitation after the written test should first review what they wrote. It's a little funny to think that content so poor that it didn't even earn an interview opportunity would be considered worthy of being used as an idea reference.
