The questions are professional, but you will feel extremely disrespected. The entire interview is rather uncomfortable—three overly self-important smart people who seem to think this company is superior to others.

They seemed contemptuous of the candidate’s previous experience as a food service worker; I’m not sure whether to call their wording straightforward or rude.
