The company is near the station
Pros
It used to be pretty good, but since 2019 it has been going further and further downhill.
Cons
1. During the 104 listing and the interview, they both mentioned that there would be at least one month’s worth of year-end bonus. However, this year there was no year-end bonus at all (in 2019, the company had grown by more than 20% compared with the previous year). A company manager said the reason was “to reserve the budget for recruiting new employees.”
2. An evaluation system was introduced in mid-2019, and they said that salary adjustments and year-end bonuses would be determined each January based on the evaluation results. However, when January came, they went back on their word, saying it was because there had only been two evaluations in 2019 (?).
3. The company keeps track of how much toilet paper is used 😂
4. The business development manager is emotional and will yell loudly in the office, as well as being very authoritarian. Oh, and when this person sees the boss, they act completely differently.
There are too many cons, so I’ll just casually share a few of the more absurd ones for now.
