During the interview, HR, the department head, and the CEO answered every question.

Before going to the interview, I came to this forum to read everyone’s shared experiences.

I brought up questions about not receiving a year-end bonus last year and the newly added policies.

The CEO frankly admitted that these things had indeed happened, but said that the decisions had been made almost entirely after considering the company’s circumstances.

They did not want there to be opposition between the employees and the company.

After this incident, they have also come up with ways to improve and how to put them into practice.

I am not an employee there, and I did not think I would be hired,

so I thought I would ask to find out whether these things mentioned by the forum’s more experienced members were actually true.

The company sincerely wants to make amends; rumors stop with the wise.

The interview was way too long.
