Pros

No, there are none. Very poor.

Cons

This boss is really not suitable for the job. I stayed for a year and saw every bizarre situation imaginable...

In summary: emotionally unstable, chaotic systems, and always fond of shifting blame. The following points are for newcomers who may be considering coming for an interview. Please make sure you understand the situation clearly before deciding whether to join.

1. Extremely emotionally unstable. They lose their temper and scold people at the slightest thing, and handle everything according to their mood.

2. Publicly scolding people at event venues has become an everyday occurrence, whether they are full-time employees, part-time workers, or even customers!! The tone is extremely bad, with no basic respect and no manners.

3. The way they speak is extremely offensive. Phrases like “Are you deaf?” and “I’ll hit you,” along with profanity, can all come out of their mouth. It is incredibly low-class and rude.

4. Whenever something goes wrong, they shift the blame onto others and never reflect on themselves. It is always the employees’ fault; the boss is never wrong.

5. If customers or vendors have complaints, they dump the responsibility on employees to handle. They have absolutely no accountability.

6. There are countless areas of poor management, yet they turn around and blame employees for lacking ability.

7. Communication is basically impossible. As soon as you raise a problem, they lose their temper at you first.

8. The company has no systems or procedures. Everything depends on the boss’s mood. There is no standard SOP: it is one way today and another way tomorrow, leaving everyone extremely confused.

9. Everything is a complete mess. Employees have no direction or support, and often have to figure things out on their own.

10. Everyone is treated like a tool and has to do everything, even work that is completely outside their original job responsibilities.

11. There are financial problems too. Vendors often call to demand payment, and we employees are frequently expected to pay out of pocket on the company’s behalf? It is outrageous.

12. From beginning to end, I saw far too many newcomers join and then leave. Part-time workers came and went, and everyone’s complaints were really much the same.

13. The boss has no aesthetic sense and does not understand design, yet loves to give orders and force changes until everything is a mess. They insist that you follow their extremely tacky taste, and then criticize your design for looking bad.

14. The office atmosphere is extremely terrible. Every day feels like walking into a pressure cooker. Morale is unbelievably low; everyone keeps their head down and works, afraid to speak.

15. The boss is extremely childish. Their emotions and reactions are basically like a child’s: getting angry, throwing tantrums, giving people the silent treatment, and bringing up old grievances whenever things do not go their way. They are completely unlike a boss who should be leading a team.

Please, everyone: if you are currently preparing to go for an interview, think very carefully.

Former employees are not making things up; we just do not want to see more people repeat the same mistakes.

I looked through the comments and checked the reviews. Former employees had already been raising the same issues over the years, going back seven years. These are not merely cases of newcomers failing to adapt—the company culture has been bad for a long time. It is not just one or two people saying this; batch after batch of people have said the same thing...

It really is not worth wearing yourself down in an environment like this~~

Cons

1. The boss loves firing off broadside attacks, then says they weren’t aimed at anyone in particular.

2. The boss often goes back on their word and is extremely poor at assigning work. Tasks are frequently reassigned before they are completed, and then you are immediately scolded and told not to do that anymore and to work on something else.

3. The boss has an extremely poor attitude and even yells at government agencies.

“Shut up. I’m not interested in hearing what you have to say right now.”

“I’m not interested in hearing what you have to say right now. You can leave.”

4. When you confirm something with the boss, you may not get a correct answer—in fact, they may even say, “Whatever.” They often say, “Can’t you think for yourself? Is it really that difficult?” But after you decide how to proceed based on your own judgment, you may get yelled at again.

5. Even after duties have been assigned and you are carrying them out according to the schedule, the boss frequently changes the details arbitrarily, then shifts the blame to employees by asking how we could have not known about it.

6. The boss’s words are harsh and cutting, and they occasionally make personal attacks. Working with them is truly mentally exhausting.

7. The boss is always using break time for meetings or calling people out to take photos.

In short—in a nutshell—it’s just as everyone says: a small company that is extremely arrogant, petty, inefficient, and unpleasant to deal with. Whether you are applying for a full-time position or working as a part-time contractor for this company’s events, please don’t do it without thinking it through carefully.

If you have the ability to read minds, extremely strong psychological resilience, and can withstand the boss’s sarcastic remarks at any time and anywhere, then go ahead and submit your résumé!

Pros

Occasionally, when he is in a good mood, he treats everyone to a meal.

Cons

At the beginning, during the interview, he comes across as very kind and easy to talk to, and the conversation is pleasant.

After joining the company, however, you realize that he is simply a boss who does not respect professional expertise. He has his own aesthetic preferences: for example, if he gives you five reference images, each one may have a different style, yet he says they are all the same style and tells you to follow them. Then, once you produce the work, he asks why you did not follow that particular image. Situations like this happen constantly.

His time management is also extremely poor. A project may be announced two weeks in advance, yet he insists on waiting until just three days before the deadline to start—usually on Friday afternoon—forcing you to work overtime over the weekend at the last minute.

He also passes tasks he does not want to handle on to you, but when you try to report to him, he does not want to listen. Later, while you are continuing to move things forward, he asks why you never report to him.

He may even resort to petty tactics when an employee wants to resign, making the resignation process itself extremely painful…

In short, the boss is headstrong and self-willed, and unable to take responsibility. Think carefully before joining.

Pros

The boss is very nice when in a good mood, and there are often afternoon teas.

Cons

The boss leads the way in verbally bullying former employees, and the employees under them eagerly follow suit. It is very frightening. Former employees are spoken about very harshly in private, and the employees enthusiastically discuss them together. This is the first time I have encountered such a situation and atmosphere. I hope the boss can recognize this problem; otherwise, the high turnover rate will not be good for the company.

It feels like the boss is very much a Pisces and is not particularly suited to being a leader. They may be better suited to being a junior manager, where turnover among their subordinates would at least have less impact on the company’s operations.

The reason is that their personality is not broad-minded enough. Although they appear friendly to everyone on the surface, they are actually petty and narrow-minded, and they complain to the employees under them, making it feel like they have a limited perspective.

Pros

They appear very friendly during interviews (Don’t believe it! Don’t believe it! Don’t believe it!)

You can spot problems with their personality from the things they say in conversation. They easily pin all the blame on employees, and you’ll regret it if you dismiss your intuition as an illusion and don’t trust your gut.

Coworkers get along very well because the person in charge is everyone’s common enemy.

Cons

The boss is extremely emotional, and it’s impossible to understand what makes them angry. You really should believe the online reviews: they will fly into a rage just because you double-check the tasks they’ve assigned. The company has an extremely high turnover rate; no one stays for more than six months. They have threatened and verbally abused departing employees and thrown things. At best, they subject you to a long-winded, sarcastic lecture. They are extremely difficult to communicate with.

They think they’re always talking about someone else. If you show them screenshots as evidence and confront them, they will either blatantly deny reality or blow up again—those are the only two options.

They often let outsiders interfere in areas they don’t understand. When they realize that they are being unreasonable and have no case logically, they get angry and question your abilities, education, and experience.

They are inconsistent, love making sarcastic remarks, and you shouldn’t waste time at this company joking about your own qualifications.

Pros

During the interview, the boss was very talkative and seemed extremely easy to get along with. Don't be fooled!

Cons

All the problems stem from the boss!

He constantly goes back on his word, keeps changing assigned tasks, and leaves everyone at a loss. He deliberately refuses to answer calls from clients and vendors, disappears, and has major meltdowns at events. Even when everything is running smoothly, the boss is the one who deliberately trips up the employees!

He refuses to fully delegate to employees and insists on micromanaging. When he realizes he cannot do something himself or has made a mess of it, he dumps everything on the employees to clean up.

He also has serious problems managing funds and petty cash, and often delays payments (we have to face vendors demanding payment on our own). Employees also frequently have to pay expenses upfront, and when we ask him for reimbursement, we have to gauge his mood!

We often have to work overtime—but there is no overtime pay! Even after work or on days off, Line keeps ringing nonstop! If you join this company, you will absolutely regret wasting your time and your life, and you will be driven to mental exhaustion by the boss.

Pros

When I saw it on a job bank website, I had a good impression. The website design was good, and it looked like a fairly legitimate company~

Cons

It took me a long time to find the company when I went for the interview, because it was located in an apartment building and wasn’t very conspicuous. The office was dim inside, and I noticed that the employees seemed to work in a somber atmosphere. The space wasn’t very large, and it was a small company. The interviewer was the owner.

During the interview, the owner did most of the talking and seemed like a fairly dominant type. Although the company mainly relies on government contracts to maintain its revenue, it didn’t seem very stable~ Employees also don’t tend to stay for long. If you want to develop your original design skills, you might have opportunities to do so here, but the pressure seems like it would be quite high, and there is limited potential for future development.

During the interview, they were very easy to talk to… You think you've met a good person?

Cons

An irresponsible, emotional boss who always thinks they’re right and only does the things they want to do. No matter how urgent the other matters are or how many calls from clients come in, they absolutely refuse to answer the phone and only push employees forward as cannon fodder.

Likes to have employees pay expenses upfront.

A completely two-faced person, both internally and externally. As soon as you have friction with them at work, it’s pretty much time to say goodbye…

Everything follows the Labor Standards Act⋯

Cons

Never think that you are the exception. Others may not stay long because of personal issues, but people have been coming and going ever since he started the company. Please think carefully.

The starting salary is okay, but if it weren't for this starting salary, no one would come here!

Cons

You have to work according to the boss's mood. He keeps changing his mind—one moment he wants A, and the next he doesn't—and he really likes to read other people's questions without replying, or even not read them at all.

This company wants employees who can read minds, as well as employees who are perfect and never make mistakes! Don't even think about anyone training you; you have to teach yourself everything from the existing materials!

You can't contradict him or have opinions about him. He'll resort to broad-brush insults, saying that you're all useless!

The boss himself knows that the turnover rate is very high. Seriously, does he really not know why? Or is it that someone pretending to be asleep can't be woken up!

Mr. Wu, the person in charge of company events, goes back on his word. Those planning to apply for a part-time position should take note.
