They appear very friendly during interviews (Don’t believe it! Don’t believe it! Don’t believe it!)
You can spot problems with their personality from the things they say in conversation. They easily pin all the blame on employees, and you’ll regret it if you dismiss your intuition as an illusion and don’t trust your gut.
Coworkers get along very well because the person in charge is everyone’s common enemy.
The boss is extremely emotional, and it’s impossible to understand what makes them angry. You really should believe the online reviews: they will fly into a rage just because you double-check the tasks they’ve assigned. The company has an extremely high turnover rate; no one stays for more than six months. They have threatened and verbally abused departing employees and thrown things. At best, they subject you to a long-winded, sarcastic lecture. They are extremely difficult to communicate with.
They think they’re always talking about someone else. If you show them screenshots as evidence and confront them, they will either blatantly deny reality or blow up again—those are the only two options.
They often let outsiders interfere in areas they don’t understand. When they realize that they are being unreasonable and have no case logically, they get angry and question your abilities, education, and experience.
They are inconsistent, love making sarcastic remarks, and you shouldn’t waste time at this company joking about your own qualifications.
