Occasionally, when he is in a good mood, he treats everyone to a meal.
At the beginning, during the interview, he comes across as very kind and easy to talk to, and the conversation is pleasant.
After joining the company, however, you realize that he is simply a boss who does not respect professional expertise. He has his own aesthetic preferences: for example, if he gives you five reference images, each one may have a different style, yet he says they are all the same style and tells you to follow them. Then, once you produce the work, he asks why you did not follow that particular image. Situations like this happen constantly.
His time management is also extremely poor. A project may be announced two weeks in advance, yet he insists on waiting until just three days before the deadline to start—usually on Friday afternoon—forcing you to work overtime over the weekend at the last minute.
He also passes tasks he does not want to handle on to you, but when you try to report to him, he does not want to listen. Later, while you are continuing to move things forward, he asks why you never report to him.
He may even resort to petty tactics when an employee wants to resign, making the resignation process itself extremely painful…
In short, the boss is headstrong and self-willed, and unable to take responsibility. Think carefully before joining.
