Pros

No, there are none. Very poor.

Cons

This boss is really not suitable for the job. I stayed for a year and saw every bizarre situation imaginable...

In summary: emotionally unstable, chaotic systems, and always fond of shifting blame. The following points are for newcomers who may be considering coming for an interview. Please make sure you understand the situation clearly before deciding whether to join.

1. Extremely emotionally unstable. They lose their temper and scold people at the slightest thing, and handle everything according to their mood.

2. Publicly scolding people at event venues has become an everyday occurrence, whether they are full-time employees, part-time workers, or even customers!! The tone is extremely bad, with no basic respect and no manners.

3. The way they speak is extremely offensive. Phrases like “Are you deaf?” and “I’ll hit you,” along with profanity, can all come out of their mouth. It is incredibly low-class and rude.

4. Whenever something goes wrong, they shift the blame onto others and never reflect on themselves. It is always the employees’ fault; the boss is never wrong.

5. If customers or vendors have complaints, they dump the responsibility on employees to handle. They have absolutely no accountability.

6. There are countless areas of poor management, yet they turn around and blame employees for lacking ability.

7. Communication is basically impossible. As soon as you raise a problem, they lose their temper at you first.

8. The company has no systems or procedures. Everything depends on the boss’s mood. There is no standard SOP: it is one way today and another way tomorrow, leaving everyone extremely confused.

9. Everything is a complete mess. Employees have no direction or support, and often have to figure things out on their own.

10. Everyone is treated like a tool and has to do everything, even work that is completely outside their original job responsibilities.

11. There are financial problems too. Vendors often call to demand payment, and we employees are frequently expected to pay out of pocket on the company’s behalf? It is outrageous.

12. From beginning to end, I saw far too many newcomers join and then leave. Part-time workers came and went, and everyone’s complaints were really much the same.

13. The boss has no aesthetic sense and does not understand design, yet loves to give orders and force changes until everything is a mess. They insist that you follow their extremely tacky taste, and then criticize your design for looking bad.

14. The office atmosphere is extremely terrible. Every day feels like walking into a pressure cooker. Morale is unbelievably low; everyone keeps their head down and works, afraid to speak.

15. The boss is extremely childish. Their emotions and reactions are basically like a child’s: getting angry, throwing tantrums, giving people the silent treatment, and bringing up old grievances whenever things do not go their way. They are completely unlike a boss who should be leading a team.

Please, everyone: if you are currently preparing to go for an interview, think very carefully.

Former employees are not making things up; we just do not want to see more people repeat the same mistakes.

I looked through the comments and checked the reviews. Former employees had already been raising the same issues over the years, going back seven years. These are not merely cases of newcomers failing to adapt—the company culture has been bad for a long time. It is not just one or two people saying this; batch after batch of people have said the same thing...

It really is not worth wearing yourself down in an environment like this~~
