After finally finding an administrative job in her second career, of course she has to “wrap herself around” the boss and the male HR manager (this is probably her only specialty).

The current colleagues are very easy to get along with, since they have all been replaced with new ones.

The company is fairly small internally (only a few people),

but everyone is busy with their own work and there isn't much team cohesion.
