The boss is rarely in the office and may not come in until the afternoon; the HR manager also isn’t in every day.
Because the boss rarely comes in, senior employees or coworkers can clock in and then go out for breakfast. At lunchtime, eating and shopping can casually take more than two hours, and then they can use afternoon tea as an excuse to go out and mail things, slacking off. But new employees mustn’t imitate them~unless, like the senior employee, they have the male HR manager as a backer, and also wear as little as possible to show more cleavage to the boss. Ideally, they should bring lunch for them at noon and remember to cut fruit in the afternoon to curry favor with the two male bosses. As for whether they provide additional company outside working hours…this senior employee probably wouldn’t easily let you “steal the spotlight.” She is an undercover informant who betrays coworkers and has worked her way up by accompanying (sleeping with) people, a “senior employee” whom everyone at the workplace has to pay their respects to. Even people in positions higher than hers can be quickly forced out by her. The boss and the male HR manager are both under her control. However, since this senior employee has no real professional skills, it is said that she previously only worked at Domino’s selling pizza. After finally finding an administrative job in her second career, of course she has to “wrap herself around” the boss and the male HR manager (this is probably her only specialty).
