The boss is always forgetful
It feels like they don't read emails
Anything requiring the boss's involvement takes a long time to follow up on
Meetings with the boss are lengthy, but even after everything is discussed, it isn't necessarily carried out according to the actual situation
The boss may change their mind at any time
