The current colleagues are very easy to get along with, since they have all been replaced with new ones.
You leave work on time. The company does not want employees to work overtime. The pace is slow.
It is very suitable for someone who just wants a stable job and does not mind a low salary.
The boss trusts the managers far too much (I heard this has always been a problem), giving them full authority to handle things.
The current manager is a master at passing the buck, throwing tasks at various departments. Whenever you want to confirm something with him, he says, “The boss agreed to it” or “The boss said it should be done.”
Whenever a problem arises and the boss questions him, he immediately shifts the blame to the employees below him. He has no sense of responsibility at all.
It may also be that the managers who have continually been hired in the past (the company’s talent in recruiting people) have all been like this, causing the employees below them to only want to do their own jobs and not be willing to develop new work.
