Ridiculously, I worked there for five days... There was absolutely no experienced employee to train me. The longest-serving person at the company had only been there for three days, and staff turnover was extremely rapid. How things were handled depended on the boss’s mood. I was completely unfamiliar with the system, and the boss simply told me to look at the system instructions in the window. I had clearly applied for a marketing planning position, but ended up becoming a packing staff member. I had to do everything at once, and halfway through a task, the boss would call me to do something else, so nothing could ever be finished and there was never a clear stopping point. I also had to work overtime, without knowing whether there would be overtime pay, and I didn’t even know whether I would actually receive my salary. I strongly advise everyone not to come here for an interview—it’s completely thankless and exhausting.
The boss seems like a very nice person.
There is a snack cabinet, and there are also drinks in the refrigerator.
It is very close to both the MRT station and the bus stop.
There are snacks and drinks, but usually no time to eat or drink them.
The job posting said that Excel skills were required, but I never used Excel during the week I worked there.
On my first day, while I was still filling out basic personal information, I was already asked to work as a customer service representative as well.
For several days afterward, the work consisted of unpacking parcels, sorting returned items, stocking products, and packing orders. The boss even asked how the repair machine I had said I would follow up on was progressing. Haha, I barely had time to sit down, let alone make a phone call.
My colleagues were easy to get along with, and we got along quite well.
Basically, this company is not a technology company at all. From beginning to end, it is an agency that deceives consumers, importing cheap, low-quality products from mainland China—some of them close to their expiration dates—and selling them to consumers and various platforms (POYA, momo, Coupang, and other department stores). As for how employees are treated, they put on a hypocritical show of concern, telling us to take a break while simultaneously pressuring us to ship orders as if our lives depended on it. There was food available, but no time to eat it. The boss's attitude was unpredictable. He expected you to obey his every command and did not allow you any room for independent thought. What they wanted there were slaves who followed orders, not talented employees. That is why you would see them constantly hiring. No one was willing to struggle at the company for such meager pay. The boss said he wanted you to come and learn things, but his idea of learning was merely showing you photos from international conferences he had attended in the past, or talking about his past hardships. How is that supposed to count as learning? Beforehand, the boss would even warn you that he was sometimes just short-tempered. But that was not the case—he was fucking out of his mind, and it was clearly far beyond the scope of simply being short-tempered. I could completely sue him for personal insults and defamation and demand severance pay. Another point is that the company had a very obvious unwritten rule: whenever goods had to be moved, men were required to do it, as if women were incapable of carrying anything. Any physical work was dumped on the men as though that were only natural. Overtime was also the norm. We worked overtime to some extent almost every day. I did not consider that itself to be much of a problem, but after working overtime, we were still required to stay and clean the workplace, taking up our personal time. Not only that, one day the boss said that if I could not finish the assigned tasks within the remaining three minutes, he would not pay overtime, which amounted to making me stay and work overtime without paying me for it. This very clearly violated the law to a significant extent. Finally, I hope no one will sacrifice themselves for this company or suffer such unfair treatment.
Suitable for people who want to take on multiple roles and enjoy high-pressure challenges
The boss's mood is unpredictable, and employees are dismissed arbitrarily. Employees are dismissed without severance pay and are simply told to write resignation letters.
There are no senior employees with more than two years of experience, and staff turnover is extremely high.
After working for two days, I still had not been enrolled in labor and health insurance.
The employees who were said to be available to answer questions were busy, constantly being called into a small room by the boss for meetings. No one could resolve problems, while the boss kept urging us to complete tasks and said we could not leave until they were finished, forcing us to work overtime. However, there was no overtime pay for the first half hour of overtime, and we worked overtime almost every day.
A company with so many advantages—how could anyone complain that it’s bad??
The company atmosphere can be changed by yourself; the worse the employer, the more united the colleagues become.
Your colleagues are partners who roll around in the mud with you.
The working hours are very long, so you can make a lot of money, and there are diverse development opportunities;
In one day (9:00–22:00), you can do more than eight different kinds of work.
Administration, accounting, reception, sales, field work, clerical work, breaking down walls, internal affairs, shelving, purchasing, graphic design, and attacking other companies.
You have to do everything yourself, so you can learn a lot!
It is only right for the employer to treat you badly: they want you to grow. Reasonable demands are training; unreasonable demands are trials.
The employer deliberately changes moods constantly because they want to train your EQ!
Sometimes they rob Peter to pay Paul in order to complete your logic for getting things done.
They ask people to pick up boxes downstairs and use boxes from 7-Eleven in order to save money on buying boxes and buy fried chicken cutlets for employees to eat.
They do not care about the credit our company has with other companies, and are thus so prestigious.
*Advance notice: For anyone planning to apply, the colleagues are very nice; please treat them well. The employer is terrible; please be careful.
First of all, congratulations: not one of the ten reviews is positive.
They often ask people to do things outside their sales duties,
The employer treating you badly is the baseline; when they treat you well, that is when you should be afraid.
Their moods are unpredictable, and they rob Peter to pay Paul when doing things.
They have no foresight whatsoever; everything has to be cut back.
The money saved can be used to buy fried chicken cutlets,
Buy one... bye-bye.
When the boss is in a good mood, they buy drinks and bread for the employees.
It was truly awful. I applied for a graphic design position, but ended up doing customer service, sales, warehouse work, platform content management... I was basically there to do odd jobs. I worked overtime almost every day. During the interview, they made it sound good: overtime requests had to be submitted by 4 p.m. Yet they always assigned new tasks ten minutes before the end of the workday, insisting that the company operated under a responsibility-based system and that I could only leave after finishing the work. They violated the Labor Standards Act. When an employee who had worked there for less than three months tried to resign, they used the “Employee Information Form” to pressure them. It stated, “Employees who have worked for less than three months must give two weeks’ notice before resigning; employees who have worked for three months or more must give one month’s notice.” The text on the employee information form was so blurry that it was impossible to read what it actually said. Even after I told them that I had already called the labor department to ask, they still insisted that it was all clearly stated in black and white... When someone wanted to sue them, they would have employees fabricate documents to retaliate. This is a very problematic company with a very problematic boss. I recommend that everyone avoid interviewing there.
Easy to get hired; they’re always short-staffed. Extremely high employee turnover!!
Chronic overtime
The boss will ask employees to do things that go against their conscience.
The boss dismisses employees at will.
They also require employees to immediately take over the work of former colleagues.
One person is expected to handle the workload of more than two people.
This is not a technology company; it is an online shopping company.
More than 90% of the products are “purchased” from mainland China,
then brought to Taiwan and sold online.
Moreover, the product quality is poor, and the return rate is very high.
I suggest not wasting your time interviewing~~
Consider this a warning. Thank you, everyone.
The company’s colleagues are very nice
The company is understaffed
One person takes on multiple roles
No overtime pay
Several business responsibilities at once
Firing employees
Immediately requiring other employees to take over the work
Not caring how much work you already have to do
Often doing work that is not part of your own responsibilities
Not enrolling employees in labor and health insurance immediately upon starting work
Yet saying that the employee submitted the documents late
Communication is clearly poor

There are no employees with more than two years of seniority.
There is no good training plan after joining the company.
There is no marketing budget, so if you work in marketing or are applying for a marketing position, you should not consider this company.
Simply put, this company is actually an online shopping company, not a technology company.
They habitually assign new tasks before the end of the workday.
You cannot leave work until they are finished, so you may have to work until 9:00–10:00 p.m.
They ask employees to do illegal things and even require them to be put under the employees’ names.
1. Close to the MRT station, with convenient transportation
1. The interviewer first stated that the department has performance bonuses (provided that performance targets are met before they are paid), so there is no overtime pay (and no compensatory leave) for working overtime

During the interview, they emphasized that there was no overtime pay; on the first day at the company, I learned that everyone routinely worked overtime every day
