When the boss is in a good mood, they buy drinks and bread for the employees.

It was truly awful. I applied for a graphic design position, but ended up doing customer service, sales, warehouse work, platform content management... I was basically there to do odd jobs. I worked overtime almost every day. During the interview, they made it sound good: overtime requests had to be submitted by 4 p.m. Yet they always assigned new tasks ten minutes before the end of the workday, insisting that the company operated under a responsibility-based system and that I could only leave after finishing the work. They violated the Labor Standards Act. When an employee who had worked there for less than three months tried to resign, they used the “Employee Information Form” to pressure them. It stated, “Employees who have worked for less than three months must give two weeks’ notice before resigning; employees who have worked for three months or more must give one month’s notice.” The text on the employee information form was so blurry that it was impossible to read what it actually said. Even after I told them that I had already called the labor department to ask, they still insisted that it was all clearly stated in black and white... When someone wanted to sue them, they would have employees fabricate documents to retaliate. This is a very problematic company with a very problematic boss. I recommend that everyone avoid interviewing there.
