Ridiculously, I worked there for five days... There was absolutely no experienced employee to train me. The longest-serving person at the company had only been there for three days, and staff turnover was extremely rapid. How things were handled depended on the boss’s mood. I was completely unfamiliar with the system, and the boss simply told me to look at the system instructions in the window. I had clearly applied for a marketing planning position, but ended up becoming a packing staff member. I had to do everything at once, and halfway through a task, the boss would call me to do something else, so nothing could ever be finished and there was never a clear stopping point. I also had to work overtime, without knowing whether there would be overtime pay, and I didn’t even know whether I would actually receive my salary. I strongly advise everyone not to come here for an interview—it’s completely thankless and exhausting.
