Read the community guidelinesClose to the MRT, and the office has high ceilings, making it feel less oppressive.
A game distributor and a company focused on short-term gains, with many “leek” teams—people who are exploited or repeatedly used as easy targets.
You won’t only work on things for one company; you’ll also handle matters outside your job responsibilities. The boss is very self-important.
Whenever they get unhappy, they casually lay off employees without any communication. I don’t even know how to describe this temper.
There are also a great many recent graduates and newcomers to the workforce internally.
Personally, I’m not optimistic about its future prospects at all. The way things are done internally is shocking. I strongly advise against joining.

A game distributor and a company focused on short-term speculation, with many teams of inexperienced employees.

Personally, I don't have much confidence in the company's future. The way things are done internally is astonishing. Not recommended.
The colleagues are generally very friendly, and the work atmosphere is quite pleasant. They are also patient when teaching new employees step by step. If you have never worked in customer service before, this is a good place to learn how to become a text-based customer service representative.
The company moved to a new location last year. The new office is right next to an MRT station, making transportation very convenient, and there are also many places to eat nearby.
The salary for customer service work is relatively low. After deductions for labor and health insurance, the take-home pay is not even as much as the statutory monthly minimum wage.
A certain female team leader often forgets things because she has a poor memory, and she also likes to insult others by calling them “morons” or “idiots.”
A certain male team leader normally speaks in a perfectly normal tone, but whenever he is in a bad mood, his tone suddenly becomes extremely aggressive. He even threatens to beat people up (although he probably would not actually do it~). Sometimes he snaps at people for no apparent reason...?
Some other reviews mention things such as brushing players off and refusing to issue refunds. To be honest, this company does not merely brush off players; basically, it also brushes off its own employees. I cannot disclose the details publicly, but personally, I think that once you have worked there long enough to learn the skills a customer service representative should have, you should quickly look for a customer service job at another company. The salary, benefits, and so on are not particularly good, so there is no need to stay at this company for too long.
My job is as a game customer service specialist
My colleagues are friendly. Basically, if you don't know something, just ask and they will teach you patiently
Flexible break time, one hour
When there are few cases (customer complaint emails/tickets), it's very relaxed
The salary is very low; new hires all start at 26K (25K take-home)
The games often have bugs that are not fixed, players are charged but do not receive the items, text moderation (Chinese-funded games), refunds are refused, players are brushed off, communication with players is refused, etc... What an excellent game publisher
You still have to work at the year-end banquet (responding to cases) during the banquet
There is severe static electricity in the office area, and I often get shocked
The company’s work atmosphere seems good
The supervisor seems very easy to communicate with
The HR staff are very friendly
The salary is really low
Because the supervisor who conducted the interview said that the company is small and has limited funding, so it cannot really offer employees higher salaries
There are salary adjustments, but the percentage is not fixed
The year-end bonus is also based on a percentage of revenue
