Pros
The company’s work atmosphere seems good
The supervisor seems very easy to communicate with
The HR staff are very friendly
Cons
The salary is really low
Because the supervisor who conducted the interview said that the company is small and has limited funding, so it cannot really offer employees higher salaries
There are salary adjustments, but the percentage is not fixed
The year-end bonus is also based on a percentage of revenue
