Workplace reviews and discussion: 艾瑞爾有限公司

Close to an MRT station, and the high-ceilinged office feels less oppressive.

A game distributor and a company focused on short-term speculation, with many teams of inexperienced employees.

You won't just work on one company's projects; you'll also handle matters outside your job responsibilities. The boss is very self-important.

If they get unhappy, they casually fire employees. There's no communication—I don't even know how to describe that temper.

Also, there are many recent graduates and newcomers to the workforce internally.

Personally, I don't have much confidence in the company's future. The way things are done internally is astonishing. Not recommended.
