The interview was a relaxed conversation with relatively little pressure.
The office sounded and felt quite cheerful.
When we talked about the company’s development and management, I felt quite optimistic about it.
Overall, it seems like a relatively peaceful work environment, which I’m somewhat looking forward to. Waiting for notification.
There were some goods stacked around—is that worth mentioning? They should be items for shipment.
The office is not particularly modern.
There were some traditional interview forms to fill out, but not many.
The interview process was alright. The interviewer was very courteous and provided detailed explanations. The conversation was less focused on the demands for numbers or business-oriented pressure commonly found in general corporate interviews.
There was an opportunity, but I personally had other options.
The space and furniture seemed slightly old-fashioned, but this was not important.

The computer equipment is very outdated. Excel files will crash the computer if you open too many of them.
The company doesn't know how to make money and burns through the previous generation's accumulated wealth every month.
The long-term employees don't know how to do their jobs, but draw high salaries. They come to work every day just to chat and engage in office politics.
The system is terrible and has quota limits. Having to queue just to do your work is quite bizarre.
The so-called training is nothing more than listening to the boss brag. If the boss were really that capable, why would the company keep losing money, and why would contract manufacturers keep refusing to cooperate one after another?
Classes also run late, and no meals are provided.
All day long, they only tell you to negotiate lower prices with contract manufacturers, then complain that the contract manufacturers' fees are too high and unreasonable. If a contract manufacturer doesn't want to take the job, they berate them for being ungrateful; if they do the work, they don't pay. It feels utterly embarrassing to answer the phone at work.
The procurement process is also seriously flawed. When they don't purchase enough materials and there isn't enough inventory to fulfill orders, they blame everyone and everything else and only complain that things are too expensive. This company is truly something.

3. Relations with contract manufacturers are poor because management only asks you to bargain down prices and place rush orders.
4. The system records are chaotic and inaccurate. People take things without notifying anyone, but when the records are wrong, you are still expected to investigate the cause.
5. The company supports a bunch of deadweight employees. Sales staff have no performance pressure and can use Facebook or watch movies at work without consequences.
6. In general, long-serving employees lack ability but love to put on airs. Counters are closing one after another, and the revenue is not even enough to cover store rent and salaries.
7. Only consider applying here if you are truly out of options. People who can actually work cannot stay, and those who remain just have nothing to do and waste their days.
8. You cannot learn anything; there are simply lots of miscellaneous tasks and redundant employees.
9. Decisions on purchasing raw materials are not finalized until the last minute, after which you are expected to place rush orders with contract manufacturers. After the work is completed, the company does not pay and is very good at haggling with the manufacturers.
10. They cut the contract manufacturers’ gross margins to the bone and still complain that prices are too high. You need a very thick skin to stay here: you will not learn any skills, but you can certainly make your face very thick.

There isn't much need to work overtime; it's a pretty laid-back job.
1. As soon as you join, they ask you to sign all sorts of documents. Once you set foot in this company, you have to give 60 days' notice to resign, or they will keep giving you a hard time. However, this rule conflicts with the Labor Standards Act, so even if you sign it, it is not legally valid—but they will keep saying that you failed to keep your promise.
2. Low pay. There is training when you first join the company, and if you want a raise, you have to wait several months and pass refresher training before you can get one.
3. Upper management never seems to reach a consensus, making it difficult for the people below to get things done. A single item can be changed over and over, and they like to wait until the last minute to finalize everything.
4. They call meetings at the drop of a hat, and they often end without any results—just a waste of time and life.
5. They have no money but still want to do all sorts of things, so they keep telling employees to bargain with vendors for lower prices.
6. When something goes wrong or performance is poor, they blame this and that; it is always someone else's fault.
