You can do your own thing at work
No one supervises you
(1) The company really does play the Great Compassion Mantra, so please stop asking about it.
(2) The boss brings their child to work, so every day is like being at a movie theater; the TV is very loud, and there’s no way to protest.
(3) Everyone is forced to participate in a religious ceremony every month.
(4) The year-end bonus is calculated to two decimal places (e.g.: “I got 0.01 months’ pay this time~~ ya~ hooray!”)
(5) There’s no money to buy things, and we even have to deceive vendors (inner thought: “Make it first and discuss the price later”—what kind of move is that???)
(6) Employees are treated as free couriers.
(7) The two top bosses don’t interfere with each other’s decisions, so nothing is ever concluded. When something goes wrong, the employees below have to take the blame—truly very impressive.
(8) Sales comes first; no matter what they do wrong, nothing happens.
