The company doesn't know how to make money and burns through the previous generation's accumulated wealth every month.

The long-term employees don't know how to do their jobs, but draw high salaries. They come to work every day just to chat and engage in office politics.

The system is terrible and has quota limits. Having to queue just to do your work is quite bizarre.

The so-called training is nothing more than listening to the boss brag. If the boss were really that capable, why would the company keep losing money, and why would contract manufacturers keep refusing to cooperate one after another?

All day long, they only tell you to negotiate lower prices with contract manufacturers, then complain that the contract manufacturers' fees are too high and unreasonable.
