You can do your own thing at work
No one supervises you
(1) The company really does play the Great Compassion Mantra. Please stop asking about it.
(2) The boss brings their child to work. Every day feels like being in a movie theater, with the TV volume very loud, and there’s no way to protest.
(3) Everyone is forced to participate in a religious ritual every month.
(4) The year-end bonus is calculated to two decimal places (e.g.: “I got 0.01 months’ salary this time~~ ya~ hooray!”)
(5) There’s no money to buy things, so we even have to deceive vendors (inner thought: “Make it first, then discuss the price”—what kind of approach is that???)
(6) Employees are treated as free couriers.
(7) The two top bosses do not interfere with each other’s decisions, so nothing is ever concluded. When something goes wrong, the employees below bear the responsibility. Very impressive.
(8) Sales come first; no matter what mistakes are made, nothing happens.
