I’m currently waiting for the result. I really liked the overall feeling~ They asked about my past sales experience and achievements, my family situation, and my expectations for myself in the future. Overall, it feels like a company that is serious about developing 👍👍👍
I didn’t bring a jacket, and the air conditioning was really cold 😅 But the interviewer noticed and asked me about it 😆😆😆
I interviewed for a secretary position. They mainly asked about the key responsibilities of my previous job and what I had learned from it. They also asked about my expectations for the future. The interviewer was fairly logical and asked simple, clear, and straightforward questions, so the process was quite pleasant.

I’m a current employee~
I’ve been with the company for over a year.
I’d like to share my thoughts on the company and my work.
Pros:
1. The boss is a young entrepreneur who is professional and highly driven. Working with the boss really gives me a strong sense of motivation every day.
2. The company places great importance on every colleague, and everyone’s opinions and suggestions are listened to carefully and taken into consideration.
3. The boss treats everyone to afternoon tea, adding little moments of happiness to the workday.
4. The relationships among colleagues are very harmonious, and communication between supervisors and subordinates is also very smooth.
5. I think the communication channels are very open. Any thoughts or ideas can be brought to supervisors and the boss—there’s unlimited room for creativity.
6. The work environment is stylish and trendy. I can come to work in a pleasant mood every day.
7. I also believe that each colleague has professional expertise in their own field, and we can inspire and motivate one another on any project.
8. The company places great emphasis on the future development of technology and e-commerce, and I personally have even greater expectations for the company’s future.
Does this count as a drawback? )
The company moves at a very fast pace.
You really have to work hard to keep up~
Every day requires intense brainstorming and lots of brainpower. It can be mentally exhausting~ haha
First of all, the location is close to the MRT station. At first glance, the hardware and facilities seem quite new, and the building, company interior, and meeting rooms are all very bright.
Before the interview, you fill out some basic information. The interviewing manager was very young, but seemed very professional. In addition to asking about the information I had provided, they also asked about my previous work experience.
None
The company is in a new building, and transportation is fairly convenient, with the MRT and bus stops nearby. When I arrived, I first waited in a meeting room. The interview was conducted one-on-one, and the environment was very clean. Although I had to wait for a while, I could feel the interviewer’s professionalism. Overall, the interview process was professional and gave me the impression that applicants were highly valued.
Waiting for notification
The interview process was quite good. Everyone was young, and the company seemed to have a promising future. It feels like a company where you can grow together.
I did not interview with the boss that day, so I also don't know the outcome.
Working with Jianhe International Development Co., Ltd. was a truly positive experience. Their team was highly professional, efficient, and dedicated to delivering high-quality results. Communication was clear and concise, and they consistently exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend Jianhe International Development Co., Ltd. to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy partner for their projects.
It was really good.
I’ve been with the company for three months now, so I thought I’d share my impressions.
First, what surprised me most is that although all my colleagues are still quite young, they are highly experienced in their respective fields. So even though I haven’t been here long, I’ve already learned a lot of different professional skills and knowledge.
The company also has a very open attitude. Even suggestions from a newcomer like me aren’t immediately shot down. Everyone puts their heads together to find the best approach, and communication is easy at every level.
There’s no need to mention that the company’s various policies comply with the Labor Standards Act, as that’s the basic expectation. One point worth mentioning is that the bonus system is quite transparent. It doesn’t feel like a bonus you can see but never actually receive. This is different from the companies I worked for in the past.
I’m still learning and finding my way, and I hope to develop and thrive at this company.
I need to work harder myself.
The company gives the impression of having a stylish environment, and the office is quite nice.
Maybe it’s because they sell international trendy products, such as fragrances and things like that.
The atmosphere among the company’s employees seems pretty good.
Based on the interviewer’s description, the company seems to have a very promising future.
Also, the boss seems to have rather innovative ideas.
Currently waiting to hear back.

I was happy pleasured to talk with recruiter. It was a positive experience full of professionalism.
Everything was great
I was very satisfied with my interview experience at your company. The meeting went very smoothly and professionally. The recruiters were very friendly and listened carefully to my answers to the questions. They also provided me with more information about the company and the responsibilities of the position, which was very helpful.
Thank you for giving me this interview opportunity. I look forward to a positive outcome and to working with your company.
I am very happy
I recently had the pleasure of interviewing, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment I stepped through the door, I was greeted warmly by the receptionist and made to feel welcome.
The interview process itself was incredibly well-organized. Each step was clearly communicated beforehand, and the interviewers were punctual and professional. They took the time to not only assess my qualifications but also to understand my career goals and how they aligned with the company's mission and values.
What truly stood out to me was the genuine interest the interviewers showed in getting to know me as a person, beyond just my resume. They asked thoughtful questions and actively listened to my responses, creating a comfortable atmosphere where I felt encouraged to share my experiences and ideas.
Moreover, throughout the interview, it was evident that prioritizes fostering a positive and inclusive work culture. The interviewers emphasized the importance of collaboration, growth opportunities, and work-life balance, which resonated deeply with me.
Overall, my interview experience with [Company Name] left me feeling not only excited about the possibility of joining their team but also impressed by their commitment to creating a supportive and empowering environment for their employees. I'm grateful for the opportunity to have engaged with such a remarkable company and eagerly look forward to the next steps in the hiring process.
Only a positive feedback!

I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a friendly and professional environment. The employers are always willing to lend a helping hand and create a welcoming atmosphere for all employees. Their dedication to both their customers and staff sets them apart from other companies in the industry.

I recently had the pleasure of working with this company, and I cannot praise their professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction enough. From the initial consultation to the final product delivery, every step of the process was handled with care and attention to detail.

Not only was the final product of the highest quality, but the customer service I received was also top-notch. I highly recommend this company to anyone in need of their services, and I will definitely use them again in the future. Thank you for doing such a great job!

The work environment is good, and the MRT and bus stops are not far away.
The office looks very new and is quite comfortable.
The office atmosphere is also good.
I hope I get the opportunity to pass the interview.
I can’t think of anything at the moment.
The office was clean and bright, and I had a fairly good first impression.
The interviewer was very young and asked me about my previous job.
They also briefly explained the company’s general business activities.
The process was fairly quick.
I also noticed that the employees were all young, and the atmosphere was good.

The interviewer was very professional and provided a detailed explanation of the job responsibilities and company benefits. The company’s location is also very convenient in terms of transportation, so the overall impression was very good.
It’s a bit far from my home, but the transportation is convenient, so it’s still okay.
The team has colleagues with expertise in different fields. If you want to learn something outside your core responsibilities, there are colleagues you can learn from and consult, and everyone is willing to respond and share their professional knowledge in their respective fields.
If there are any work-related issues, bringing them up with the company and your supervisor leads to a discussion on how to resolve and improve them together.
The company is developing rapidly, so we still need to work harder.
The COO director sends résumés everywhere, taking a scattershot approach.
The boss asked me to come here and boost the ratings.
I am currently employed here.
At work, I feel happy and enjoy myself, both in terms of the job and getting along with my colleagues.
Whenever there is something I am unclear about, my colleagues are always happy to explain it.
Everyone at the company is young and full of energy. We have many ideas that we can develop and discuss together.
Most importantly!! The boss is also very young.
The boss, supervisors, and my immediate supervisor are all very easy to communicate with.
The communication channels are truly very open!!
I don't have any at the moment.
I was an applicant.
Overall, I had a very good impression of the interview, and the company team seemed quite young.
The company is located in Xinzhuang (approximately a 6–8 minute walk from Xingfu MRT Station).
The office is in a new building, and the company’s interior is overall open and bright.
The meeting rooms are also very spacious, and the hardware facilities seem excellent—the meeting rooms have large multifunctional conference displays.
My interview took approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes in total (including the time spent filling out forms).
Upon arriving at the company, I first filled out a personnel information form containing some company-related questions (but it was not a written test).
In addition to personal information, the form included some basic questions about the company.
A few questions I remember were:
* What are your career plans for the future?
* What is your current understanding of the company?
* What are your expectations of yourself, and what are your aspirations for yourself in the future?
The questions were all open-ended, so I answered them based on my genuine thoughts.
During the interview, the manager also asked some related follow-up questions based on the answers I had written.
I met with only one interviewer.
Overall, I had a very positive interview experience. The manager’s questions were highly professional, and their attitude was very kind. The questions were precise.
The manager also listened carefully to my explanations and interacted with me throughout the process, which made me feel less nervous.
The questions mainly focused on my past experience as presented on my résumé.
The manager also asked some questions about the professional aspects of the work at my previous positions.
Next, I shared my views on the position I was applying for (Product Development Specialist).
The manager also gave a very detailed explanation of the company’s development, the expectations the company has for this position, and the company’s future scale of development.
The manager proactively explained other matters we might want to know, such as the benefits system, basic working hours, and company atmosphere. As a result, by the end, I could hardly think of any questions to ask.
I would have liked to join the team, but unfortunately I was not selected in the end. However, this company was very considerate—the HR representative provided a response and explained the reason for the decision.
Since I was not selected and did not join the company, I cannot answer this question (the interview process itself was good).
The company provides employees with a great deal of room for self-directed development. Any ideas about work projects can be brought forward for discussion with the company.
The company and managers offer suggestions and discuss them together, rather than simply leaving you to figure things out on your own, as some companies do.
Basically, the company really appreciates employees having ideas about their own work and is very supportive.
If you have any ideas to discuss with the company, no matter how far-fetched, there is an experienced team that can discuss them with you and help bring them to fruition.

The company atmosphere is harmonious, and both the boss and colleagues are quite young. Everyone is easy to get along with, and the boss is very willing to communicate and interact with employees, so you never feel overly formal or restrained at the company.
Overall, you can feel that the boss has great ideals and goals. At the same time, the company places a strong emphasis on efficiency and progress updates for each assigned task.
If you want to pursue further training related to your professional development, you can apply to the company for funding to enroll in relevant courses. The boss is very generous and also encourages everyone to continue learning and grow together with the company. (The boss also often treats everyone to pizza, haha.)
This isn't a company where you can coast until retirement, so people with a relatively passive attitude toward work may not be a good fit~
The boss is very willing to share details about all kinds of company matters, both big and small. In many cases, the boss is actually the first to notice various details.
For example, when the pandemic broke out previously, in addition to implementing staggered work schedules, the boss immediately asked everyone to clock out and go home because someone in the office building was suspected of having contracted COVID-19. The boss stayed behind to confirm the situation (it turned out that the person from the other company who tested positive had not even been at work). Besides buying a large amount of alcohol-based sanitizer for the office, the boss also bought disposable gloves and goggles for everyone.
Previously, the office and warehouse were located in the same place. Because the company was expanding and there were not enough seats, the boss put a great deal of thought into selecting a new office. The new office is located in a newly constructed office building. The company’s equipment was also purchased generously, including photography equipment, the construction of a photography studio, electronic interactive whiteboards, custom-made desks, and many other systems and devices. As long as a request meets the company’s needs, the boss is very willing to spend the money.
In terms of capabilities, the boss and the managers are all highly experienced and professional, and they are also very willing to share their knowledge and teach others. For a startup-scale e-commerce platform, the company offers generous salaries, has ambitions for diversified development across multiple areas, and develops proprietary technologies. The boss also genuinely wants to create an entirely new online shopping model.
There is currently no year-end or holiday bonus, but the salary is fairly competitive.
A nonexistent environment
Can't find it on GOOGLE—would you trust it for e-commerce? Are you interviewing or providing counseling? LOL
Scam group
Terrible beyond words. The only way to describe it is incompetent, extremely incompetent, unbelievably incompetent.
This company is basically a scam group—this company is simply a scam group!
I have already confirmed this with 104!
The problem lies with the company itself.
They clearly never looked at my résumé, yet they said it was because the company had been taking a break for more than a year. What a load of nonsense! The company had been closed for more than a year, yet its Facebook page could still make posts?
Are they ghost employees? And they still wouldn't say who the HR person was? Whenever I asked questions, they just talked in circles. They have no professional knowledge at all, so what kind of HR are they? Ms. Chung, why don't you take a course? You're basically taking a paid vacation.
(How do I know that the person answering the phone was Ms. Chung?
Because the résumé had Ms. Chung's name written on it.)
I saw it all myself, and even asked about it, yet they still pretended not to know who the HR person was.
The funny thing is, at first they said our company didn't have HR. I said, “No HR? Then what does ‘HR’ written above mean?” They immediately changed their story:
“We do have ‘many’ supervisors, and people in different positions conduct interviews.”
……. So in other words, this company doesn't have a proper SOP at all.
I asked politely and calmly, yet they directly interrupted me while I was speaking. They have no respect for job seekers at all. Is this the quality of this company's employees? They said they couldn't look at résumés because they were busy with work?
This is simply a scam company!
If they didn't want to look at my résumé, they should have just said so. 104 shows whether a message has been read; they clearly hadn't read it and used being busy as an excuse. If they are selective about which résumés they review, they should just say so. How can I be so certain? Because I conducted an experiment with a friend!
I think they are just slacking off at work!
I absolutely do not recommend this company. They speak with no class at all—bold enough to do things but not own up to them. The company description sounds so good, but the reality is terrible!
I suggest that all job seekers take a look at this company's products first.
Personally, I feel that… they should be just like little X…
You can even call the product manufacturer to ask whether the products are authorized for sale!
After seeing the comments below, all I can say is that luckily I wasn't foolish enough to regret not getting into this company!!!
They poured me water.
The interview was conducted directly in the office outside, and the salary discussion also took place outside. It felt somewhat perfunctory. The entire discussion lasted less than 10 minutes, and it felt like they had already decided on a candidate. So why invite me to an interview? There are many comments on 104 and here saying that employees are asked to boost the company’s ratings. Are they that afraid of not finding people?
The company is located in an office building with a pleasant environment. During the pandemic, everyone’s temperature was checked when entering and leaving.
You can interview with peace of mind.
The interview duration was appropriate and not too long.
A great interview experience. Highly recommended.
I can’t think of anything....
Bring a portfolio to the interview. Salary is based on ability. A company with a promising future; it feels like a place where you would want to grow together with the company.
None
The company's interviewer was kind and friendly, and seemed like a nice person. The young boss looked very capable.
None
I had agreed to go to work, but in the end I didn't show up because I overslept.
I was reported to the job bank because of this.
It really is a great place with plenty of room for development. I simply failed to make the most of this opportunity, which was a real shame for me....

Small-scale company
A young person who said they were the owner conducted the interview. They spoke rudely and aggressively, making me feel disrespected.
The interview was unstructured. The owner kept bragging about themselves, and after asking about the company structure, I had absolutely no interest in working there.
None
I only saw three colleagues at the company, so it is not very large.
The interview was directly with the boss, and it felt very poorly planned.
They did not ask any questions; the interview lasted less than 10 minutes and felt very perfunctory.
For a job seeker who had prepared,
there was a feeling of having wasted time making the trip for nothing.
